Well his English seems way above the Thai average. 

 

He knows what he wants & his requirements mostly seem very reasonable.

The 75% of the day part is questionable, however if you arrange to meet him on a specific evening, why not spend 75% of your available time with him?  If he expects that on an ongoing basis, perhaps it's a bit heavy.

Errr . . no thank you! I'm all for people giving out some basic info on themselves and the people they prefer to meet. But I have zero interest in meeting anyone with a magnifying glass and a test paper looking out to make sure I fulfil each and everyone of his conditions! I expect he will also have a stopwatch to ensure that anyone who has the balls to meet him will in fact spend not a minute less than 18 hours and 1 minute with him on a first date!

You may be right, but if it's that grim, one could spend all of 10 minutes with him on the first and final date.
