KhorTose Posted March 18, 2013 Posted March 18, 2013 It strikes me strange that Pizzas and Bagels are now considered American Food. Quote
Guest thaiworthy Posted March 18, 2013 Posted March 18, 2013 New York style pizzas! Chicago-style pizzas! If it's popular enough, any ethnic food can become American food. Demand determines how culinary cultures evolve. Quote
Guest fountainhall Posted March 18, 2013 Posted March 18, 2013 And I'd have thought that Embassies would have better things to do with their time than presenting American Food weeks. They can support and encourage- but actually to organise and present??? That's surely what the Chamber of Commerce and people like that should be doing! Quote
