It couldn't pay its fuel bill so it stranded its passengers for 2 days, more than enough time for the ladyboy flight attendants to unpack and untangle their hairnets. However, this may close the makeup bag on the transgendered's new career if PC Air does not survive this fuel bill fiasco. Such a bold and progressive step for a startup airline, and a shame this could not be avoided. TiT.
