Guest travelerjim Posted September 29, 2012 Posted September 29, 2012 Thanks Michael...Great find! The one year FREE link says deal has expired... but the 6 months FREE link worked for me. Using it right now on my notebook computer :-) I am now in Pattaya... Just used my USA zipcode... they sent me log on info.... NO credit card asked for... FREE! tj Quote
TotallyOz Posted September 29, 2012 Author Posted September 29, 2012 For the one year deal to work, you have to take away the code. I did and it worked. I also signed up for a 6 months for another computer as well. Still, 6 months free is great isn't it? Quote

Sirius XM Privacy Policy while they provide some complex hoops you can jump through to opt out of some of these (even after you have already opted out elsewhere) their basic attitude is they have the inherent and explicit right to milk your data for every penny they can unless expressly forced by law to do otherwise in this they are only as bad as some other providers of "free" services but policies do not (and should not) be so consumer unfriendly but most people don't seem to care or couldn't be bothered to read the policy! but the more people accept these conditions the easier it is for service providers to get away with invading our privacy and commoditising our every move on the Internet! but some would argue it is already too late - it is so entrenched there is no going back! bkkguy Quote
TotallyOz Posted September 29, 2012 Author Posted September 29, 2012 All I gave them was my email. What exactly can they do with it other than spam it? I don't care if someone sends me shit to my email as I just ignore it. For this promotion, this and my name and zip code is all that was needed. Quote
Guest travelerjim Posted September 29, 2012 Posted September 29, 2012 In America, when you buy a new car ...Ford cars for sure... SIRUS XM is FREE and working the day of delivery for 6 months... Then they want approx $10 + month to continue. Just do not continue and in a few months you will get an offer for $25 for 6 months...Good deal if you like SIRUS XM. They are smart "cookies" in marketing...lost hundreds of Millions in startup for several years...had another direct competitor...they merged to save the business from failing. Thank you Michael, I'm very happy to get SIRUS XM for FREE one year... especially as I am left hipless...in the BPH hospital confined now for 6+ more weeks... (left hip infection, requiring removal of left hip implant... treatment w/antibiotics for 6 weeks...then surgery to put new hip implant...UGH!). I will really enjoy listening to its many channels to help pass the hours. tj Quote

I really liked it and the Broadway Station. Some great interviews on both! Quote
Rogie Posted September 29, 2012 Posted September 29, 2012 . . . I am left hipless...in the BPH hospital confined now for 6+ more weeks... (left hip infection, requiring removal of left hip implant... treatment w/antibiotics for 6 weeks...then surgery to put new hip implant...UGH!). That's a shame TJ about your hip. Between listening to the radio, watching TV/video and posting on message boards, chatting to your visitors and chatting up the male orderlies, time will fly, and before you know it you'll be plus one nice new hip. Guest thaiworthy Posted September 30, 2012 Posted September 30, 2012 TJ already is pretty hip in my book! Quote

Between listening to the radio, watching TV/video and posting on message boards, chatting to your visitors and chatting up the male orderlies, time will fly, and before you know it you'll be plus one nice new hip. Rogie, Truth is that on my BPH floor...no male nurses...all are very caring lady nursing staff... However, I will say the male orderlies who are in the pre-op surgery, surgery and post-op rooms are well worth chatting up with ...but as you are being put to sleep for surgery, what's a fella to do? ps...the male physical therapist is tall and handsome and strong...helps me up and out of the hospital bed...as well as with PT exercises...but he always shows up with another PT..."she" is very cute and has a Dutch b/f :-) Quote
Guest travelerjim Posted September 30, 2012 Posted September 30, 2012 Finally...after 10 days in the hospital...I now know the correct medical diagnosis of my condition.. and now I also find myself one hip "hipless" :-) tj Quote
Guest thaiworthy Posted September 30, 2012 Posted September 30, 2012 I have the exact opposite condition. I remember too much shit. Quote
