The 2001 version was heavily censored here but shown without cuts overseas (I saw it in Hong Kong). Suwinit Panjamawat looked great in the title role, both in costume and au naturel. The new version falls under more recent censorship guidelines here, and with an X certificate permits a good deal more flesh to be shown than the last one.
