Trump is unrealiable and UN-trustworthy, in addition to being a Fraud, conman and great LIAR. Capitulation to him is worthless, because once he knows you're hooked, it becomes HIS party and he delights he knowing "he's got you" !. Whatever you agree to to appease him at that moment WILLL NEVER be enough or the end of the story. Look at what he is doing with the Law firms. He gets them to bend, and then be demands MORE than they've bent for, which may be things illegal and unconstitutional. But he will still expect you to endanger yourself to SERVE his whims and fantasies. Tarrifs would be the same thing.... He would NEVER honor the deal he's made with you, and will change it on a dime if IT SERVES HIM BETTER. So I guess in a nutcase nutshell, the answer to your question would be NO.
