The renovation is part of efforts to modernize the public transport system and support seamless connectivity. Just in time for the upcoming Songkran holiday—Thailand’s biggest annual travel period—the company has completed renovations to the passenger ticketing areas. A total of 107 new ticket counters are now in service: 38 on the first floor and 69 on the third floor of the terminal. These counters serve both Transport Co. buses and affiliated private operators on all domestic and cross-border routes. The new booths are equipped with clear glass panels and 50-inch LED screens displaying bus company names, routes, service standards, and fare rates—designed to improve transparency and ease of use. https://thepattayanews.com/2025/04/05/bangkok-bus-terminal-unveils-107-new-ticket-counters-to-support-songkran-travel-surge/ vinapu 1 Quote
