What happened to PeterRS?

Ii has been less than a few weeks ago when PeterRS reappeared on the forum and now seems to have disappeared once again? I do hope he returns!

I am still around! I mentioned on one thread that I would be out of Thailand for 19 days in the UK and Hong Kong. I had not intended reading the site during that time. But I did so and got so incensed by the continuing idiocy of one member in the Narita farmer thread that I wrote a long response. 

Unfortunately I could not remember my password and when I became a member years ago I used a Hotmail account. So I could not submit the post.

I tried endlessly clicking on the lost password box. After many, many attempts, I received to my new email a Verify Password box to click. I did - and for many days ever since then I have heard absolutely nothing. So there is nothing I can do.

But there surely must be a much faster way of recovering a password for this site - the more so when Hotmail died last year. Anyway that is the reason for my absence! Thank you for asking.

Argument with one obese, "reader" who keeps posting rubbish links in the threads without comment drove PeterRS away the first time. That tide of rubbish links that that "reader" posts on here daily pushes threads with real, interesting, content to the back pages So I actually shared PeterRS's opinion on that.

Ironically, when the bloated "reader" in question actually does add commentary it gets even worse as he seems to have a serious problem with comprehension and posts absolute nonsense. Inter alia, he has recently made the claim that Soi 4 is to close "imminently" and that Thai Airways has banned passengers from carrying spare batteries on board. The former he pinched from a C-grade blog and the latter he seems to have pulled out of his bloated bottom as it isn't in the article that he links to.

What's worse? A tide of dumb links with no comments or links where the poster has added false headlines and comments that are full of absolutely nonsensical claims?

p.s  I am also amused at how the two posts immediately above this one talk of PeterRS as if he were still missing even after he has actually posted in this thread

Thank you all for your kind comments. Just to clarify. Being out of Thailand and having lost my password as well as having an out of date hotmail password, I had to re register as PeterRS2. It is entirely my fault! As new members’ posts are subject to approval by a moderator, posting of my post here was understandably delayed. So the posts by @bkkmfj2648 and @Londoner were actually made before mine even though they appear after it.

I'd venture to bet that readers posts are binging much more readership  to the forum that your usual venom you are inserting here.

Posts are all the same like boys - outstanding gem in one's eyes is at best "also run' in somebody else's. Nobody is forcing anybody to read posts one is not interesting in.

Have your fun here and let others to have theirs.
