Medellin - Escort Prices for Pros (2025)

There is always lots of discussion around this and I am aware there are lot's over circumstantial experts on these forums.  However, thought this was interesting insight.

Had dinner with an old escort-friend who had some interesting insights on the local market. Now this guy is a pro - escorts full time and travels the world doing it. So that's not your average Grindr listing. But he shared a few pointers:

- the expert guys here are all charging 200K COP per session. Full stop. They basically all know each other and when word gets around, they will confront anyone undercutting that rate.

- with foreigners, they will start negotiations at 300-400K for a session (about $100USD currently). How do they know you are a foreigner? Why do you think they immediately ask for your name? So if you are confident with Spanish, you may want to try a fake name.

- the going daily rate here is 1.2Millon COP (currently about $300USD) per day for these same guys. If you are planning for more that three days (a weekend) then you can negotiate.

- any new boys on the scene that are getting a good reputation (good reviews from their clients) will be approached to step up to the new rate. Those that don't agree may find themselves with bad ratings. Think about that when you read those MIleroticos reviews, which virtually no actual clients post.

- the Skokka boys -- the ones dipping their toes into the game -- are generally left alone. But those ads tend to be more transient in Colombia because there is minimal cost to run an ad.

- Grindr is fair game, but they do watch that space for new faces. 

- the three main "modelling' companies for webcam boys all watch their performers closely for any signs of escorting on the side. It is explicit in their contracts that they should not engage in prostitution. Some of the top escorts in the city got their start there.

Not to make it seem like this is all run by some dark cabal, but some interesting insights on the local scene for paid sex, and how the market produces new product, as lots move on  to Europe to either escort or do porn or both. Witness Alejo Ospina, Randy Junior. or Santiago Rodriguez, to name a few.

Open to a discussion as many of you will insist this is made up BS. Just sharing from a reliable source.

PS - he also shared this with me (was a surprise) that many of the top-tier escorts will arrange sex with each other when they want to get off to avoid any hassle.

Made a couple visits this past year and can definitely confirm most of this.  Medellin (although a smaller pool of choices) was definitely pricier than Bogota.  I usually paid around 200K cop, but a few said no to that.  If they had been super hot, I might have budged.  They weren't.  Medellin is the city I visit for the overall experience.  It's nicer.  But the much hotter guys with far more aggressive rates are in Bogota.  Makes sense.  Bigger city.

I am confused, you seem to contradict yourself. In my experience, you find very hot guys in both cities, and prices are lower in Bogotá.

By aggressive, I meant lower prices... the escorts are aggressive in the sense that there's more competition.  In my visits the bigger selection (and thus more hot guys) is in Bogota.  In Medellin, at least in my visits, rates are about 25% higher.

Yet another reason I have skipped Medellin and stick to the cities more south and Bgta. 200 mil for a session is very expensive by Colombian standards.

1.2 million per day is insane IMO. Many non-prof chicos will visit and accompany you/stay with you at your accommodation (without payment) if you arrange for flight/transport, meals etc. Free holiday for them (in return for providing sex and accompanying you)

Not arguing that there are plenty of more economic options available. This is the going rate for the guys with the perfect gym bodies, above average looks, and hung 22cm plus. These guys are conversationalists, charming and often speak multiple languages. These are the ones that have accounts on RentMen and other escort sites, not just MIleroticos.  They are able to make a good living just off their bodies alone.  This does not speak to the broad offering here -- I have a couple of guys on my roster currently asking 80 that could easily be in this range -- they just don't know it. 

I thought the insights into this world and how it works would be of interest to this audience. Not insisting this was the only rate available in Medellin, so we are clear.
