Olddaddy Posted February 26 Posted February 26 I'm thinking this time to catch the bus from Bangkok to Jomtien Not because of price💲 but for experience 💃 I haven't caught the bus🚌 for donkeys years 🐴, I'm thinking the Bells 🔔bus service that can pick me up at my hotel in Bangkok,is that possible. Of course by the time I paid all the fare plus the time I could just pay the 1300 baht and be in Pattaya much quicker, but it's an experience😁 Quote

Lotusleaf Posted February 27 Posted February 27 There are two departures per day, 10:00 and 14:00. They will pick you up in a mini van from your hotel about 30 mins earlier and take you to their main bus station where you will board the large bus. On arrival at the North Pattaya bus station you will again transfer to a mini bus to be dropped at your hotel. Just make sure you select your pickup and drop-off hotels when making the booking. If the timing suits it's a good service. Quote

Sounds 😃 great .....of course I probably won't do it being a lazy bum🍑 By the time I go through all that to save a 1,000 baht on a CAR/taxi the day would be finished 😀 Quote

Would save me from taking the BTS/MRT and ARL to the airport. Quote
vinapu Posted February 28 Posted February 28 I just go to the airport, pay 143 for a ticket for nearest scheduled bus and if I need to wait I go to Magic coupon restaurant for a meal. If I know day of departure in advance I try to book ticket on line which costs 25 baht extra. Few times for fun , alone or with other members ( or boy ) I took taxi which is not a bad option at 1200-1500 reader, stijntje, Olddaddy and 1 other 3 1 Quote
