You won't find them in Freshboys

You can find several in Atlas or The One muscle bars.

There are also some in Dreamboys and Banana.

I paid for 4 nights of off fees so he kept his number. His current number is 17.  Two weeks ago, he changed number given to him (#13). He didn't tell me. I had to find it out myself. Currently out of 45 numbers (last number is 45) available in FB, there's no number 13. Maybe everyone believes it's unlucky number.

Lucky the bar fee is not 1050B like BoyzBoyzBoyz. I heard from a Laos boy working in a host Karaoke bar in Pattaya, where they charge an off fee of a whopping 4K B.

I don't think so, at least, the average look is no better than in a normal go-go bar. Since the off fee is sky-high, boys seldom get off during their working hours. They mostly earn on drinks. They might make arrangements with customers to go with them after work though.

Speaking of good look, there are some stars whom customers might have to bid to spend time with them. Like, normally, you can sit with a particular boy for one hour for a standard fee of 250B (one drink). Then at the same time, another customer can go "I want that boy too. I'll pay 500B for that same hour" and the bidding war could go sometimes with offers as high as several thousands (or 10 to 20 drinks) from what I heard.

Experts like @reader  have found the massage guys, as much, if not more pleasing than the go-go boys ...at a fraction of the cost.

few  weeks ago I listed something on E-bay for 19.99 or at least it was my pricing intention, week or two later it sold for 49.99. How come ? I made typo mistake and replaced '1' with '4' and did notice it until it sold for the wrong price. Obviously not wrong for buyer

Keep in mind: those karaoke-host bars cater mainly to local Thais. For some rich Thais, it's probably less about "I want this boy that much" or "I think this boy's worth it". More likely It's about one-upmanship "I want to show that I can do better than the next guy." with boys on bid as some trophies.

There are valid business reasons for this. Off the top of my head, I can think of three:

1. The owner/management of the bar(s) have decided that their business is to sell drinks and little else. They might also not want to fall afoul of prostitution laws. They want the hosts/hostesses to be present in the bar throughout the opening hours so that the bar benefits from the drinks they push onto customers. Either the bar then bans offing (like Dragon and Koi) or puts up a prohibitively high charge to strongly discourage it. The prohibitively high charge isn't only for customers; it also applies to any staff member who asks to leave the shift early.

2. The owner/management of the bar(s) have decided that their business is to sell drinks but are not averse to offing. However, customer traffic and drink sales are robust and the off fee (or bar fine) is set at a rate that properly compensates for drink sales forgone should a staff member be taken out of the premises. Can drink sales be as high as 4K? I don't know because I am not much of a drinker, and I don't go to places where the main objective of customers is to get drunk. But I can imagine that in some high traffic bars catering to customers with either high income or crazy spending habits, a host/hostess can be expected to sell at least two bottles of whisky at 2,000 baht each a night.

3. The third possible reason is boy-centred (or girl-centred). It may be that the bar wants to be an attractive place to work for boys (or girls) who really do not want to be taken off and then be expected to provide sex. I'm sure we can imagine that there are lots of people who draw the line at that. By instituting a policy of a prohibitive off fee (or bar fine), the management signals to potential employees that selling sex is not part of the job description. While it is true that even with a lower off fee, boys can always refuse to follow a customer out, each refusal is always going to be a difficult moment to manage, and the bar may fear that too many refusals create a bad brand image for themselves. So rather than create a situation where customers ask for an off and then be rejected, a high off fee deters customers from even asking, thus reducing the number of awkward moments.

in Bangkok depending on boys popularity and greed count on 3000- 5000 for long time although some guy may quote you as much as 10000 but for that he must be very handsome and popular and client must look stupid , just like me

Dragon and Koi is unique: no other bar offers the same combination of entertainment and host opportunities. The dancers are all very friendly and willing to get up close in personal while sitting with customers in booths. But that comes with expected cost.

It’s still possible, however, to sit at bar, order a beer or soft drink, and enjoy the same show at very reasonable cost. You’ll be approached by dancers between sets and offered company but no need to accept.

Since dancers are central to the bar’s special concept, it’s reasonable that management can’t allow performers to be offed. Whether this practice stands the test of time remains to be seen. 

To date, one dancer I’m aware of moved over to Freshboy for offing opportunities and appears to be doing quite well in that environment.

I am surprised that you wrote about the 10k tip you paid. When you told me about it in person last month after I asked you in private, I was sure you would not want to reveal it in public forum. Now that you have revealed it, I hope there were no nasty personal messages sent to you to scold you. 

I personally will not pay that much. The most I would pay would be 8k for long time for a model which is double of average rate of 4k for long time. Last year, I was crazy over Moonlight's Boss. But I consider myself happily settled down with my guy at the moment.

Prices and pay is one of the topics that consistently raises the temperature here. The topic has all the classic ingredients of (feigned) shock, scolding, status anxiety, virtue signalling and jadedness.
