Epilogue:
The next night (my last), before going to Dream Boy, I stopped by at Hotmale for two reasons.

One, I took a photo of 28 (tipping him), and asked whether he wants me to put it on the internet for others who come to BKK. He was glad with the idea, adding: "tell them I am 'man' (top), I fuck, I kiss, I can suck."
[Personal observation: he sucks, doesn't like it, and it shows. In bed he is hard strong raw, with his exceptional dick - great for bottoms.] See photo below.

PS - nothing special to report on Dream Boy, in terms of sensual acts or offing. However, I sat behind the DJ station. At some point two of the staff there starting taking photos, so I got permission to do so as well.
It was Chinese NY, so maybe they put on a special extravaganza. The photos below don't really capture it. For those of you who are interested and are on whatsapp terms with me - I can send a spectecular short video (which is too heavy to upload here).

Nice, I'm not really into twinks but I like his face. I'll off him just with that alone.

Thank you for another great trip report!

@vinapu has given several good possibilities as to why the tipped boy did not call. Simply it's European thing - I agree. We often forget what is practiced in our own cultures may not apply elsewhere.

The second reason for stopping at hotmale was to repeat my tip-note attempt (which had failed with moonlight #10) this time with hotmale #10. He was surprised at getting a tip for really nothing, but again the gesture failed. He never called.

I can think of one more reason.  In both this case at Hotmale and at Moonlight, you were expecting the boy to call.

I don't know what exactly you wrote in your note but it seems you wrote a mobile number.

Maybe @reader or @colmx or others who know a lot of boys can advise, but I have a sense that the boys no longer use "traditional" phone numbers for calling. They all use LINE, and I don't think it is possible to add a "friend" in this app just simply from a mobile number, yet without first adding a "friend", there is no way to follow up with a chat or call. To add a "friend", one needs the LINE ID or LINE QR code. And so even if a boy were interested in contact after receiving your tip-note, there would be no way for him to call back. Having said that, I'm not that au fait with LINE app since I only use it when I am in Thailand, so perhaps others can confirm or refute what I just said - it would be interesting for the rest of us to know LINE's protocols better anyway.

I only have phone number of one guy. All the rest are on LINE. As far as I know, @macaroni21 is correct; you need ID or QR code to add an individual.

I believe you can join an “official” (commercial) account if it populates on your phone by just using chat feature. But I’m no expert on LINE either. Some official accounts can be located by using name in search feature if name happens to appear in ID.

if you’re sketchy on how to add new friend, just hand your phone to him and his message will be popping on your screen in five seconds. 🙂

Prior to smart phones and when i was young and handsome BF and I used to both come home from DJ station, Hollywood or X-Zyte disco in Pattaya with pockets full of phone numbers. Unfortunately most were written on those tiny pink napkins, were mostly illegible and we couldn't remember which napkins belonged to the cute guy!

Is that a euphemism for being easy? 🤣

But yes i agree that Line or Facebook are definitely the preferred methods for communications these days, some guys may not even have a dialing plan on their phones and have data only.

Last month i spent considerable time (and money) in Boyfriend karaoke in Pattaya... (Highly recommended but that's for another thread!) All but one of the boys there made sure to exchange Line as part of the SOPs - the other one shared FB.
