He is Thai and from Sukhothai and knows about my desire to have somebody near me should my destiny follow that of my mother with dementia. He also knows that I will leave Thailand should the current Thai government follow through with their threat to implement a Global Taxation Scheme. Consequently, he told me, "honey I will follow you to Vietnam if this happens". I still want to give the Philippines a fair shot --> but after 13 days here - I can already see that a gay retirement life would be much easier in Jomtien or Da Nang. Let me see how these 180 days outside of Thailand determine my destiny. When are you back in Thailand? Quote

I don't see anything unpleasant in making sure that whatever assets we gathered through hard work and sometimes dose of luck are not wasted but used as intended after we are gone and don't have use of them any more. In my years of working life I encounter countless situations that otherwise decent people drew the knives over estate issue. Surprisingly , often is not about money but about who is supposed to make decisions. In such cases I always blamed deceased for sowing that mess. Quote

I thought about that as well but decided that over all is more useful than detrimental and keep it on Quote

I found it an arduous task in finding the law firm with right combination of experience, expertise and reputation to meet my requirements. I also needed a large firm that could handle succession issues. Now that it's behind me, I'm grateful I made the effort. bkkmfj2648 and vinapu 1 1 Quote

Depends on my guy whether he can get off days from his day job. I will pay for his offs from Freshboys at night. He used to play volleyball in school back in Vietnam. He played in libero position. I want to see him play against your Pattaya guys. Of course he must agree to go Pattaya in the first place. vinapu 1 Quote

Also, because I will bring my Thai boyfriend with me to Vietnam - so perhaps your guy can give some advice and/tips to my guy about Vietnam. We will mostly stay in the Da Nang area and perhaps fly over to beautiful Phu Quoc. Quote
