But he is maniacal, so when he says that if necessary, he will take the territories he wants by military force, its something that CANT be dismissed or taken lightly.... So TAKING Canada is a TBD wait and see..... There are so many things that Trump is saying that are bonkers, but will take all our time and energy to stay ahead of, as we TRY to decipher the Truth of any situation, as HIS team will only be releasing LIES..... Its no secret he HATES Gavin Newsom, and is aware most Californians DIDNT vote for him and generally revile him, so he will probably withhold funding and give them a big FUCK U, in keeping with his goal of Retribution. .
