I used to joke with my friends to not be late, because if they have almost everyone onboard, they'll leave when they are ready, with or without you. Expand When I was in Cuba, Cubans flights often left early, sometimes 30 minutes. Made sure you got there in good time! Quote

I was warned that they took off when they wanted to, whether all paying pax were on board or not! This was sometime ago, but.... in fact, the internal flights I took were all on time. unicorn 1 Quote
