Olddaddy Posted December 20, 2024 Posted December 20, 2024 What does that mean to you ? pong2 1 Quote
reader Posted December 20, 2024 Posted December 20, 2024 Some find uncertainty of the outcome arousing on its own merits. Or to put it in another context, it's the promise of sex. Many athletes are driven by same motivation. pong2 1 Quote
floridarob Posted December 20, 2024 Posted December 20, 2024 Chasing someone is a thrill… one that you probably don't get to revel in when you're in a secure relationship. Scientifically, having a crush and falling for someone releases feel-good hormones like dopamine and adrenaline. Part of the chase is a chase for those brain chemicals, to feel those euphoric feelings again. reader, Guymac and bkkmfj2648 3 Quote
vinapu Posted December 21, 2024 Posted December 21, 2024 for me is getting there as opposite of being there already. Or running after that 20 $ bill sudden wind blew away from my hands Olddaddy 1 Quote

Londoner Posted December 22, 2024 Posted December 22, 2024 I've always been too shy to chase. On my first visit nearly thirty years ago, I required my object of desire to make the first, second and third move. And to be blunt, I don't think I've changed. I envy those who are braver than me and more resilient when it comes to set-backs. Olddaddy, jamiebee, bkkmfj2648 and 3 others 5 1 Quote

Too bad you didn't know @vinapu back then, you could've done one of his boot camps and he would've marched that shyness right out of you 😉 bkkmfj2648, vinapu and Londoner 2 1 Quote
Londoner Posted December 25, 2024 Posted December 25, 2024 In fact, I was best pals with my American buddy, who was utterly fearless and incredibly successful. Seeing him operate only increased my sense of inadequacy. But I look on the bright side; P's reserved quietness was a good match for my shyness. And twenty years don't lie! Olddaddy Posted December 25, 2024 Author Posted December 25, 2024 The Pattaya scene right now is the best in my opinion I prefer the "business like "👨💼👨💼 transaction it's turned into rather than that boyfriend type experience it used to be 20 years and more ago This generation of boys are far different and I love it 😻haggling , negotiation, I bet to some of the "old" time farangs it must be a turn off though , but not to me vinapu 1 Quote
