Guest Posted May 13, 2011 Posted May 13, 2011 I was just reading about money boys talking amongst themselves & ignoring customers at "Escape" in Prague. I also recall visiting Club Temple in Prague (another money boy bar), where they were again not particularly active in looking for customers. Then one fairly attractive guy arrives and slowly walks to the far end of the bar & back, checking which customers are looking. He then comes to sit next to me and we leave together within 15 minutes. That's how to get business. In Thailand, most money boys seem much more professional in trying to get an "off". I do remember one exception in Sunnee, who clearly checked every customer who arrived and made a point of ignoring the 90% of people he didn't like. Then when one he did like arrived, he sat directly facing the customer smiling & fluttering his eyelashes. The customer fairly quickly picked another boy off the stage, leaving our money boy to ignore all the other customers. Luckily this type of behaviour seems to be the exception in Thailand. Quote

Guest ryanasia Posted May 26, 2011 Posted May 26, 2011 I find Europe to be terrible regarding service in every aspect of business. The fact that the money boys are rude just reflects the general attitude towards customers in general. Quote
