When the 20+ million Biden/Harris/Obama illegals are all repatriated to their home countries, it will free up millions of housing units. That will have a domino effect of creating a glut of vacancies, wipe out the housing shortage, lower the price of homes, and reduce the prices of rental units. Just another example of Trump making America GREAT again.
Also, if the pompous, arrogant, and lying Hollywood elites follow through with through with their promises to leave the country, that will open up the high-end Southern California real estate market.
