Hi, heading to Cartagena for the first time and looking for recs on bars, sights, massage, and talent. Any recs are welcome

You might want to check here  Missing from that list is are a couple of video bars within the city of Cartegena (Roma and Geminis) that are more cruising clubs. There are a few good exchanges on the local Cartagena scene in the main Colombia forum if you do a quick search. Good luck.

Unless things have changed, there are no gay spas-saunas within the city. 
There are several wellness spas in the city located in some of the major hotels if that is of interest.

The Masajista’s in Cartagena change frequently. It is a small city that mainly caters to tourists. So I can’t recommend any current boys, but recommend that you look at Mileroticos.com two weeks before your trip. Many of the pros you see advertising in the major cities will often pop down to Cartagena for a few days for a working vacation, so the menu changes constantly.
