Last week while in pattaya , i was walking near the royal garden plaza, and pressed the button to change the road lights so i could cross over to the other side, After the lights had changed to red , i counted 8 vehs going though and paying no heed to the colour, before i was. able to cross. no wonder the thais are so bad on the roads Quote

In Pattaya, especially the young Arabs and young Americans. They think they need to rent the 1100 cc motorcycle to fly down streets crowded with cars and whiz in and out of traffic.
