TotallyOz Posted August 22, 2010 Posted August 22, 2010 I love Italian food. I have tried many places in Pattaya and most are OK to eat at. Few of them are exceptional. Max is a hotel / restaurant. They have a place right off of Soi Post Office in Pattaya. The food is good. The prices are reasonable. I ate the Lasagna and my friend had the Seafood Pasta. We both enjoyed our food. The plates were around 250 baht each. I also had the Caramel Creme. It was mediocre at best. It is hard to find good deserts in Pattaya. I did like our main courses and I did like the Shrimp Cocktail. The service was good and we had the constant attention of our waiter. Max is a place I will go back again. http://www.mrmaxservice.com/ Quote

Guest Posted August 24, 2010 Posted August 24, 2010 GT Thanks for the report. If you like it, I think most of us will...you are into FOOD!! Will give it a try next trip. Give it a try. But, remember that my food experience will be different depending on the time of the week, the cook, etc. A perfect example is a new French restaurant in Pattaya. Some love it. Others hate it. It all depends on who the cook is for the night. All places should really be the same every night for every customer. But, they aren't. So, yes, please give this place a try. Just don't get upset with me if you have a bad night. And, don't order the desert. Quote
Guest lvdkeyes Posted August 24, 2010 Posted August 24, 2010 Desert is far too sandy to eat. LOL Quote
