Quotable Quotes about Trump

~~Millions of women voted for Trump and signaled that allegations made by multiple women and even being found liable of sexual assault in court don't matter in the least. The price of eggs is more important than the character of the man they elect president.~~

Not only millions of women, but a multi-racial and multi-ethnic coalition of voters sick and tired of Dementia Joe's and Cackling Kamala's woke policies. Trump will end their open borders policy, and seal the southern border. Trump will end men in girls bathrooms and men in girls sports.

Trump Quips About Running for Third Term

President-elect Donald Trump quipped Wednesday he could be open to a third term in office.

"I suspect I won't be running again, unless you say, 'he's so good, we've got to figure something else," Trump said in remarks to House Republicans in a downtown Washington, D.C., hotel, drawing laughter from some supporters.

The U.S. Constitution rules that a person can only serve two four-year terms as president. The terms do not have to be consecutive.

That would be a dream. And I can just hear the comments from "The View, Morning Joe, Racheal Maddow" and the rest of the liberal talk show morons twisting this into oblivion!

""I didn't have "Panama Canal" on my crazy Trump bingo card, did you?""

President-elect Donald Trump threatened on Saturday that the U.S. would reassume control of the Panama Canal if it felt that Panama wasn’t honoring the terms of a 1977 treaty regarding the waterway’s legal status.

In two lengthy Truth Social posts Saturday evening, Trump accused Panama of charging U.S. vessels exorbitant rates to pass through the critical waterway. He also claimed that the treaties enabling Panama to take control of the canal in the first place also allow for the U.S. to take it back.

How can Climate Change INCINERATE Los Angeles when Trump denies climate change and calls it a Hoax ?

I guess the tragic fires are another thing "we didnt see with our own eyes " ?

Perhaps LA is experiencing a few days of LOVE ?

Well, Trump can't lower your price of eggs, turns out that's hard. BUT, did you know he's going take over Canada, Greenland, and the Panama Canal instead? Same thing.

Kinda like the guy who decided he wanted to take over Austria, Czechoslovakia and Poland.

What did you expect from a poorly educated real estate agent?

I mean, it's not as though he has any expertise or experience in any of the fields of government for which he will be responsible.

His first disastrous term is witness to that.

Hedge funds bet billions on market crash in Trump’s America

He may be waiting a while.

I think that headline represents a fate worse than death for Trump.  He so badly wants to be an economic genius.  If he were to be remembered like Hoover, father of the Depression, or W., father of the global financial crisis, it would be more than a pathological narcissist could bear.

I should stop here, but I won't.  I'll say the things I say to people that are the most positive things I can say about Trump. And are sincere.

If I were told I had to have a Republican President and it had to be W. or Trump, so far I have said I would take Trump in a heartbeat.  The first and sufficient reason is the Iraq War.  Which even most Republicans now agree was a massive fuck up that will be a stain on us forever. And even while I spent four years despising Trump, I was always aware that for a large minority of America the economy was great.  And they loved Trump for that.  He tried to kill Obamacare, but failed.  He gave billionaires a windfall and blew up the deficit.  But what Republican doesn't do that?  And the economic good vibes for sure echoed in 2024, when Hispanic working class guys said money was just easier when Trump was POTUS.  On balance, everything bad Trump did could be swept under the rug or fixed.  Much easier than the Iraq War or Global Financial Crisis.

My nephew sent me that article in this exchange of emails over what we think we'll do with out stock market investments in 2025.  He is near certain we'll be in a recession by year end.  Not due to Trump. But because whenever the yield curves un-invert (they just did) it's often - but not always - a recession in 6 to 9 months.  I said I think it's 60/40 Trump versus recession.  All because of Trump.

And I riffed on Roxie, which I probably don't have to explain to you guys like I did my Straight nephew.  Donald Trump loves the markets.  And the markets love Donald Trump.  And they love corporations and corporate profits.  And corporations love less taxes and less regulation.  And they all love Elon Musk.  And Elon Musk loves them.  It's love, love, love.  What's not to love?  Oh, and I almost forgot.  We all love money.  What's not to love about money?

ChaChingggg!

I actually believe this.  In part because we saw this movie in 2017 and 2018.  The markets flourished under Trump and his patronage to billionaires and corporate greed.  It may not end well, and probably won't.  But that's all later.

So it Trump manages to fuck this up, and these hedge funds are right, it will be truly stunning.

But he is the father of many bankruptcies, not to mention divorces and rapes.  So I guess it is possible.  Trade wars with Canada?  Planes falling out of the sky as he attacks the FAA?  But really, what could go wrong that would lead to a market crash?

And we're in month one.

I was not referring to market activity creating wealth.  I rather expect the same result predicted by hedge funds.

Trump finds all kinds of ways to enrich himself.  He has been boasting about the gigantic leftover wad of cash from his election campaign and even joked he might run for a third term.  It's not too much of a stretch to imagine accepting new political donations.  But there are other ways Trump gets his hands on cash.  Remember his buying golf resorts with cash in the UK?

IMO more than ever the Presidency is for sale.  He's already fired IG's.  Corporate media may not be much of a watch dog.  Will anyone be minding things or will there be a free-for-all as far as Trump trying to be as rich as Putin?

So yeah, one might wonder how various entities seeking tariff relief would follow hints from King Baby, what can be done to avoid the tariff nightmare.

MAGAts say   "Trump told ya'll what he was gonna do, and he's doin it... Why all the Hysteria ?"

I think the violations of Law and Constitution are the problem, but THEY have wiped those words from the vocabulary...

The more corrupt, illegal and cruel, THE BETTER for them.

It's ridiculous to talk about anything here. Trump has been the main topic and the conversation for the last 12 years and Biden can't even keep a thread open for 24 hours. I'll just pop in from time to time to help make these threads entertaining....

donOLD has been the main topic here since 2013? And, I don't believe Biden has ever posted in these forums, so it would be really difficult for him to keep a thread open for any length of time.

It's the MAGAtmind on display.
