Metro Centrale near Central Station, quite popular, mixed public, nothing special. Saturdays and Sundays a must for the milanesi is Royal Hammam at Lambrate, easy to reach with the metro, nice sauna with big pool, people with attitude and mostly part of a circle of friends, interesting however because is the only place where you can find escorts from Egypt or generally North Africa, usual rate is 50 euro, 99% top. I was not aware of this sauna with hiring opportunity. From Google reviews it seems like guys go there to have fun so I guess the crowd is mixed with guys for fun and guys for money? How many guys for hiring? Also, is it any good for hiring? Relative to thermas in Barcelona?

Royal Hammam is also the most popular with Asian twinks (Milan has one of the biggest Chinatowns in Europe and actually Hu is the most common last name in Millan) so it's definitely the place I go to when in Milan. Recommend Sunday afternoons.

You are right, mixed guys for fun and guys forr money I would say, 70% fun 30 % money, however impossible to compare to Thermas, sorry 😞

Royal Hammam is a very nice place to have relax and good sex. I suggest to visit it during the weekends in the afternoons when it is much more crowded. Rentboys are not so many, but if you are lucky you could meet some very sexy north africans or brasilian guys which are usually active.

Curious about Royal Hammam - how pushy are the guys in terms of getting work? And when you do use them, do they have the classic "limits" - i.e. top only, no kissing, no oral, etc?

Well, they can be quite pushy but a firm "no" usually stops the show. For the limits the answer is yes, generally speaking obviously. Be very discreet with the "payment", the guy will guide you, it happens often in the restroom :-(. Enjoy Milan!
