If I'm wrong, someone will post a correction, but I think you'll have to take a taxi - about 1400 baht is the usual fare. I haven't figured out why taxis seem to be the only late night transportation to and from the airport considering so many international flights arrive between 10:00pm to 1:00am, and so many international departures require arrival at the airport in the wee hours, but unless you hire a private service, taxis are the only available transportation. I don't have their particulars at hand here, but I think it's about B105. There's a new bus service across the street from Pan Pan restaurant in the Foodmart parking lot on Thappraya Road (in front of View Talay 1.)
