you can find plenty of twinks on Grindr--just set the filter for your age range...

Might be a silly question but I might ask anyway heheh. Can you pay guys with PayPal or wise or similar? Or is it all strictly a cash transaction ?

Cash is king...there is an app many use, called Nequi, to transfer money, you'd have to set up a remitly account, that have them set u to receive money from outside the country....some guys have PayPal.. but, yeah...CASH.
