At Phoenix, all the staff is T & B to the best of my knowledge based on a dozen visits.

15M doesn’t identify in posts but will provide information by phone or in person for those seeking bottoms. But it’s best known for its stable of tops.

It’s probably some compliance thing. People must have used line for much more sinister acts than a rub and tug.

True at 15M the rule of thumb is that all masseurs are tops unless otherwise stated. They do sometimes list it on the images they send out.

Likewise at Phoenix they are all versatile, however some are more versatile than others.

@Raposa is saying that one can do so by scanning the QRcode, which seems to contradict.

You can’t add someone from a different country than you by searching for their LineID. You can add them via a direct Link or scanning their QR code.

This makes sense. That's probably why I had trouble adding you (and other forum members) by Line ID, although QR code worked just fine. It must be a recent thing. Adding 'offical' accounts (those with an @ in front of their Line ID, usually businesses) by Line ID seems to still work?

Yes, those you can add simply by searching for them with the LineID.

After some tinkering I finally managed to make it work and I am posting the solution in case others might find it useful. 
 

You need to have your SIM card (I use a hk based eSIM) AND a vpn that can tunnel your traffic to the country in which the sim card is registered. 
 

Signup via sms code this way works. Afterwards turn off the vpn so you are using Thai internet and I can then find all the shops via their official @ line ids. 
 

I added the usual suspects (thanks Mac for the diligent work) so am good to go. 
 

a couple of etiquette questions:

Can I expect the masseur in shops like phoenix or 15m to kiss and cum? Or is that something to be negotiated prior, if at all?

what about specific requests like where the…deposit goes?

I have found that if your account is registered with a North American number, you cannot add Line accounts by phone number.  But you can add Line accounts with @ and with the QR code.  You can also call with in the app, using their phone number.

 

When I originally set up my Linde account, I did so in Thailand, but used my North American phone number.  This always sort of worked and sort of didn’t work.  I had constant errors.  I finally deleted my account and made a new one in North America with my North American number.  Since then, no problems except not being able to add people by phone number.

In Thailand they seem a bit reticent about cumming, at least compared to Cambodia. You can request it. They will often ask where you want them to deposit it.

About kissing: if the masseur is gay, kissing is usually no problem. If straight, this won’t usually happen. As most of the masseurs at 15M are straight they might not be wiling to kiss. Straights will often not give BJs either, but are happy for you to blow them.

For me, Phoenix is the only shop where every guy I chose kissed, albeit some more passionately than others. But Phoenix is the exception to the rule. And all but one managed to come.

At 15M, some are open to cuming but may ask for additional compensation.

The planning and the journey is sometimes my favorite part of the trip.... I pick specific routes to get the better plane/seats and VIP/Business class lounges.

Manila was fun, but might not be back there for awhile... I'm in Bali now, which I like a lot for many reasons, besides cut dicks and big butts, but also was reminded tonight when I went to an atm, no withdrawal fees.

It's not the commercial sex scene that Thailand is known for...but equally as good massages and is not as expensive as Thailand.... I don't feel like I'm getting "played" here as much as in Thailand.

My next stop is Pattaya next week.... I might write some short trip summaries on Manila and Bali if I get some time....

Stopped by Phoenix the other day after conversing with the shop over line. There is a promotion ongoing for a one hour session for 350. 
 

The address on google maps is slightly wrong so do take care to follow the instructions from the shop to get to the correct address. It’s about a couple hundred meters south so it was an easy walk. 
 

Initially I was set on a specific guy that I saw on twitter but papasan told me he returned to the province. 
 

So instead I picked out a tallish Laos lad from the line up mainly based on the fact that he smiled at me. The other boys less so but that could be due to the lateish time I visited.
