 @Shax  used the word "fun", generally interpreted as sex. The difficulty with that is that we don't know if he meant insertive sex or "outside" sex. In places like S'sense, I think most boys would offer a handjob or body-to-body (though some may not) but i think insertive work would be beyond their limits.

Basically my advice is to look to different places for different things. Massage shops for massage, sex shops or gogo bars for sex.

If you are a frequent visitors or expat/retiree in bangkok, u can always develop sort of relationship with a knowns skill masseurs and things might go well in the direction you hope for, skills masseurs who will also provide sex.

Might takes a while but if you want to try this, thailand is the place as most masseurs are willing to at least do HJ for extra money. It might take few more effort on you side though, getting their line/phone number, arrange meeting outside his working hour or during his off day etc. But once reach that stage, its all worth it.

Totally worth the time & effort if you live in Thailand or spend extended periods of time in-country. If the masseur likes you, more often than not, they'll flex into other ways to please you -

Friends, I need to book few night hotels to cover all  gay fun, gay  massage and  boom boom. Please few hotels can book, not expensive but cover Bangkok few areas for fun.

I know this has been asked before, but need good recommendation.  I'm in BKK for a few days.  My upper back is really bothering me in a new way and needs cracked (or broken) by a Chiropractor or good masseur.

any recommendation on a masseur that actually manipulates the bones a bit.  not just rub the back.  had some good ones on the beach in pattaya years ago, but the  shops just rub.

also not a priority, but I saw in the old days on the thailand gay tour video a full body, soapy massage where the masseur used his  body as the soap "pad".  naked on top rubbing all over you.    what's it called and does anyone do that?

Soap massages are mostly done in girl establishments but Helios massage behind the Tukcom in Pattaya is known to offer such course. 

As for your issue I'd go only to doctor recommended masseur/chiropractor, otherwise you risk of qualifying for disability discount and priority lane in the airports.

I second what @vinapu says. If there is a medical problem with your back, seek professional advice. However much we may be experts on sex opportunities in Thailand, I wouldn't trust any member's advice re medical issues. Also, bear in mind that rules on false advertising may not be as rigorous in Thailand as in most western countries. Just because a shop says "certified chiropractor" doesn't mean what we may think it means. Certified by who? Certified by themselves?

Phoenix Massage is offering promotion today though Monday of four hour-long sessions for 1,000 baht good through end of March.

As much as I’d prefer not to report this, Phetboy continues to have problems managing its large stable when it comes to keeping appointments.

At about 2:15pm, I asked on line to reserve a guy they listed today. They confirmed reservation for 5pm. But when I showed up at shop, guy wasn’t there so manager phoned him. He asked me if I could wait 20 more minutes but I declined, explaining that’s why I made advance reservation.

This was second no show at Phetboy in as many trips. 

Walked instead to Phoenix and picked guy from among about a dozen smiling faces. Well worth the walk.🙂

A similar thing happened to me once at Gbeat, except that the boy had "a motorbike accident", which might well be true because I wasn't even asked to wait a further 20 - 30 minutes. Or maybe it wasn't true. But the shop had 2 other boys waiting around for selection.

Didn't Phetboy have other boys hanging around - though they might not have been to your taste? Or was it more important to make a point by going off to another shop?  I would likely think that way too if it's the second time.

They had a few guys but I didn’t inquire. They could have been waiting for appointments with other customers for all I knew. I wasn’t in mood for any additional disappointments and in seven positive visits now to Phoenix (in two locations) my confidence was high that wouldn’t be disappointed this time.

I have no way of knowing whether the manager had in fact actually reserved the guy in advance or the guy simply waited until I showed up before he’d bother to come. That’s a problem I’m content to leave to management to deal with. But it succeeded in helping me limit future choices in Saphan Kwai.

Phetboy’s ads are very tempting but hearing the reality of their service speaks volumes. I am in BKK now and plan on going to Phoenix soon, probably tomorrow.

I’m always looking for nice oral (BJ).  Mostly they won’t.  So if I find one who will I stick with him.  Got a nice small guy in On Nut who is reliable.  
 

But with the others I always wonder if I will get what I really want. Negotiating in advance doesn’t seem to help because they either pretend not to understand what I’m asking (or maybe I’m not being clear) or they say yes prior and no during.

I gather if BJ is important for you, you are most likely will get one if the masseur is gay. Its a rare occasion for me as my type is manly muscular guys but luckily BJ isnt my priority either.

Last night reserved guy at 15M massage in SK. When I arrived 12 minutes early, he was waiting in shop. Highly satisfactory session and I plan to repeat with him again.

I found it worth noting that there were seven other guys in the shop when I arrived, any of whom I would have been happy to take.
