I do know an older gent by the name of Bill who frequents the bars in the Complex. About 82 yo, tall and thin and has been living in Thailand for many, many years.

That's a different Bill. He frequents Cocka2 Bar every night of the week, usually around 10pm. I don't know him personally but I am told he's a nice guy.

Might be. As I said I don't know him, I just know who he is by sight.
