It depends on a lot of factors. You have to rely on probabilities. Brazil has a lot of holidays. Some holidays interfere with garotos going to saunas (Lagoa). Check out the holidays if going to Lagoa. Usual, Friday is the busiest, based on my experience visiting Lagoa. Saturday can be rather sparse but there have been days when it was busy. Sunday has always been a dull day at Lagoa for me. However, I don't go there anymore on Sunday. Things might have picked up. Over the past few months, Lagoa has been fairly active on Wednesday night. In prior years, Wednesday was fairly sparse. Bottom line - Friday is your best best for a fun time but you can also have fun other days, particularly on Wednesday.
