Why does news outlets outside Thailand report sooner

I just went to both "The Nation" and "Bangkok Post" to see any breaking news after reading the print versions. I did not see this which was reported on Reuters.

 

Cargo flights will resume from BKK as soon as cargo transporters want.....

 

It seems information from outside sources rather than the 2 main English sources in Thailand are more quickly updated
