You can look up TripAdvisor reviews for hotels, or Airbnb reviews for Airbnb apartments....unless you are asking about hotel/apartment with less restricted guest policy.  So pls clarify what you meant by "good" hotel/apartment.

I don't know about bringing guests back, but for location and convenience to shopping and even the main sauna in BH, Platinum BH is great. It is a mid-range hotel, but clean and comfortable.
