It's a bit far out of the city center, but you get a different mix of men here, and is good for an actual sauna or Turkish bath, but there is not much in the way of sex-friendly facilities. Note that Rome saunas require an ARCIGAY membership card, which you can purchase at any sauna. It requires photo ID and costs roughly $12. Quote
