I have to say for someone who was a CEO, he is truly an idiot. It's unbelievable to me how ignorant he is on so many things. And how obvious he is that he has changed or devolved on views. I loved the debate years ago with Ted Kennedy when Ted said, "I'm pro-choice and Mitt's multiple choice.".

That's not a leader when you change positions just to appease an audience. It's really embarrassing frankly.

I am not sure if we only consider a range of income that is actually taxed.. Just rule out people who don't pay tax and no income. Where does this middle income fall... Maybe Mitt Romney mentioned it in that sense. Anyways I agree he is out of touch and have not researched it properly. I really don't think a person who writes in his book that he can't understand why someone wants to be a democrat, should be president. He has a serious problem in his thinking process. I'm not mad at him just can't understand people who support him as a candidate. What makes them to think that way really frustrates me but I guess that is part of evolution too.. Bias and prejudice in evolution of societies will be an interesting thing to write about.

That's not true. He said that he was going to tax those making more than $250,000. He NEVER put people in that income category as middle class.

You might want to hope that the Radioactive Romney Decay Rates ARE as constant, as once believed to be.

You cannot measure the radioactive decay rate on a living person so that is impossible to do unless you can come up with a new experimental data that suggests otherwise.. I think I was too harsh on Romney but I don't think he will be elected. He will be forgotten in our memory slowly...

$100,000 in 1962 dollars would be $762,844 today. Guess the average worker is not doing so well these days.

The President's definition is *families* making up to that amount. While I hate to admit it, that may have also been what Romney was trying to say... But that he so consistently faceplants on things like this... who exactly thinks he should be the one speaking for the country? I guess it's a good thing Romney would let people like Netanyahu decide and articulate our foreign policy then...

Well I think Romney getting elected is very slim.. I think the election will be like John Kerry vs George W Bush in 2004.. Obama will get elected... There needs to be some kind of reform in the Republican party and they can try again in 2016... I think it's important for Obama to finish what he has started in his second term and wait the judgement of history. Nobody is perfect and people make mistakes. If we look back, there were a lot of leaders who resisted change and progress but they couldn't hold off a new form of society taking place. I am a bit tired of people holding onto tradition... That's the very danger the US faces today. A great country is holding onto tradition and adhering to old ideas that will not work.
