ROTC says he did things "inconsistent with good order and discipline," while his lawyer says that he has a civilian contract with ROTC, not a military contract, which may be a hard sell. I've seen one of his videos and I can assure the ROTC that they are no porn reviewers. The kid was completely consistent and it takes solid discipline not too cum to fast in those scenes!
