In Brazil, you can sit with a guy and make out or play with them before the programma. If this is something you are doing to get off as opposed to getting ready for a session, you may get in trouble. It is not something I would do. I would not sit and make out with a guy for a while without compensation. However, I would kiss him to test the waters. If those waters are shallow, I might forgo that programma. However if those waters are deep and wet, I feel I should go ahead and take the plunge.

I do not think appropriate for someone to go around yanking dicks all night. I see it often in many places. It is just not something I do. To each his own. I guess you could understand from the tone of my question, that I was surprised by the public yanking and shocked by the non-tipping. You wrote that you've seen that in many places; unlike you I have very limited experience only in Barcelona and Bangkok, where I've never seen that.
