I know this may sound a bit trivial, but it means something to me. About a week ago, I sent a message to the management through the "contact us" feature. I simply asked if there was a way to increase the font size when reading this site as the mice type they use is very hard to read. When I sent my message, I got confirmation that it was sent and a message saying a response would be coming very soon. Well, I am still waiting.

When I read Oz's complaint about M4M not replying to him when he asked questions, I was sure that I would get a quick response as he is part to the management here (I think). But, nope... nada. So isn't his comments just a little "pot calling the kettle black"? As I say, my question may not mean much to him, but it does to me. Just as his questions to Daddy meant something to him, but I could care less.

Well Leap Year, I have had NOTHING but superb response from all at this site. If you didn't get a response then possibly you are on AOL like me and AOL has possibly blocked their response. I also know some emails never actually get delivered, but don't come back. I would try again. In the probably 12 times I have emailed M4M, I got a response only ONE time. So I'm with OZ on this one.

If you are on AOL you did not get any response from us at all. It was sent but did not get through.

If you sent via the Contact Us link, we responded to it. We respond to all questions. We respond in a timely manner.

However, if you did not get a response, send it to maleescortreview@gmail.com and we will answer it.

PS. Here is the response that was given to you via e-mail from TY. Perhaps you can look in your spam box for it? If not there, AOL may have deleted the answer or Hotmail often takes a few days to get through to the system. I know all e-mail for gmail works well so far. Just an FYI.

Your Answer Hi, I wondered the same thing as my eyesight is not what it used to be. I suspect that it has to do page fitting all of the information on a standard size webpage. Our pages are heavily loaded with data. I will verify that hypothesis. If you are using Firefox then you can increase font size under the View Meny/Font size. Here's another option for enlarging text on any webpage or personal document. It's the Microsoft Wireless Optical Mouse 5000 :Model: M03-00090. The mouse has a built in magnifier and works with one click on the side of the mouse. You then simply move the mouse over anything you want enlarged and viola!

Actually, Explorer does have an option to change the text size on the View menu. However, it doesn't work with fonts that have been described using CSS styles -- which is the case here. So while changing the setting on IE will affect the font size on many pages, it will not affect the look and feel of MER.

The option on Firefox works with both types of font settings and will increase the text size here at MER. My strong suspicion is that the new version of IE will remedy this weakness.

LeapYear I'm not a person who holds anything back. If I felt the admins on this site were non-responsive I would say so in a heartbeat.

However, I must strongly disagree with you and your attempt to associate the admins attitude here to a bitter, rain soaked, narrow minded, tech geek in the northwest is way off base.

Everyone running this site has been nothing less than responsive to everyone that has had concerns. Look around at all the admin posts in these forums to confirm this.

Your frustration is understandable but your attack by association, for me, is unexcusable.

Thanks all for your responses. Oz, I do not use AOL (I hate that company). I also checked and rechecked my email to see if there was a response. There was nothing in my inbox nor my junk folder. Possibly the email was sent to the wrong address. Regardless, it appears that management DID attempt to respond to my question (I just never received it) and therefore I sincerely apologize for the acquisition of lack of caring.

I do like this site and think it has potential. But, if I can't get a real solution to the font size, I am sure I will be less likely to spend time here.

If you frequently encounter sites that are difficult for you to read, you might want to consider using (or least having available) screen magnification software.

There are many Web-based products on the market that aim to help people who have trouble reading Web pages. Some are really targeted toward the blind -- screen readers, for example -- but some are designed to just help make it easier for people to read what is on the screen.

These products are generally called screen magnifiers. Most are not free but many are also not terrifically expensive. They provide various levels of magnification, from small enhancements up to 32x. Magnification at that level can be difficult to use in a practical way; however, it's the only way some people can use computers at all.

More helpful to most people are magnification levels of 1.5x and 2x. If you search Google for "screen magnification", you'll find a fair amount of information. One caution: if you do decide to try one of these products, be sure that the product you choose is compatible with your OS and also the browser(s) you tend to favor.

This is issue with browser. We are using font style through CSS and IE not change font size of all text which styles comes from CSS.

I am able to change them on my comnputer as I use an Apple and other things beyond IE.

I hope this helps answer your question. Sory it took us so long to find the exact answer from the programmers.

However, it didn't take a long time to get the answer. I posted the same information on Feb 23rd, in post #5, above. :-)

Firefox provides the ability to increase/decrease the text size of fonts specified by CSS styles on the ViewText Size menu. IE does not provide that capability at this time. I suspect the new IE will do so.

Yes, BG. Thanks for jumping in. I was curious along with Leap Year. You responded before I could pulse the our guys. You are a wealth of information about a number of the tech things too. That hadn't gone unnoticed by me over the long term.

Maybe IE 7 will remove that limitation. However, I won't be the first guy on the block to have the beta version. In this area I prefer to let others pave the road, I'll drive behind.
