Beijing could keep the Chinese money in their country if they become more liberal and accepting of LGTB's.  They have so much land to create gay paradises not only for the locals but for tourists from all over the world.  Aren't the Chinese good at imitating other countries on a greater scale?  How about creating many Chinese Pattayas, Myconos, Orlandos, Rios, San Franciscos, etc.
