friend returning to Pattaya is seeking physiotherapist and olympic size pool

In his last visit my friend who has a shoulder injury, was seeking on going treatment.

There was confusion with the title physiotherapists. I checked google and that title is used in the US and UK. There is no need for the practioner to be gay.

 

He also needs access to an Olympic size pool.

 

However any advise would be appreciated

Just out of curiosity why an Olympic size pool? Cant he do turns at each end?

An Olympic-size swimming pool is the type of swimming pool used in the Olympic Games, where the race course is 50 metres (164.0 ft) in length. This is typically referred to as "long course", distinguishing it from "short course" which applies to competitions in pools that are 25 metres (82.0 ft) in length. (Wikipedia)

 

The pool at Pattaya park is 25x12.5 m (measured on google satellite view). I doubt there is an olympic size pool in Pattaya. I guess the pool at Ramkhamhaeng University (National Sports Authority) is olympic (indoor swimming pool under roof, can't measure pool size on satellite view, but I was in several times).

I suppose swimming might be good therapy, but this would not require a very large pool. I have assumed that Olympic size is 50 metres in length. As far as I know there are none of these in Pattaya and maybe none in the whole of Thailand. In Pattaya there are good size pools at the Tony Gym on Second Road and on the roof of the Mike Department Store, which you can use on payment of a small charge.
