Re Golden Cock and Super A. I have been to Super A many times over the years, and never had any problems with staff, nor observed other customers having problems. Whenever I poked my head into Golden Cock, there was nothing to entice me to buy a drink and stay (low number of boys, none my type, all fully dressed). It's an underpass so cars passing at Sukhumvit / Central Pattaya T-junction are not affected by traffic lights and lanes for cars who turn. In Bankok there are many overpasses and underpasses, and several in Chiang Mai.

I have tried many times over the years, but the odds are against me. In theory yes, but in practice there are too many differences.
