Put lube and other liquids in your checked baggage, otherwise stick to the 3-1-1 Liquids Rule for carry on. 3-1-1 Liquids Rule You are allowed to bring a quart-sized bag of liquids, aerosols, gels, creams and pastes through the checkpoint. These are limited to 3.4 ounces (100 milliliters) or less per item. This is also known as the 3-1-1 liquids rule.

Never heard of snowballing but same same as cum swapping. Does the dedicated cocksucker gargle with cum or something else?

Yes rimming comes with it's own risks both STDs and Parasites. For instance genital warts and intestinal worms.

Just use your ATM card. Exchange rates pretty much same from bank to bank. ATM card charges by all Thai banks is 200 Baht which is about $6 USD. Why carry wads of cash and take chance on losing it? I typically have two ATM cards just in case of a loss. And, as others said, better to make one large withdrawal to avoid multiple 200 Baht fees. Maximum withdrawals on ATM are 20,000 Baht in most cases but have heard some machines give more. You said your credit union does not charge currency exchange costs? Not sure what you mean? My Credit Union charges a $2 USD fee plus a "cross border fee" which is often $5, so a double whammy.. My Saving Bank has no fee and no "cross border fee" and even gives me a small rebate of $1-$2. And yes, always good to have some cash, just in case!

Yes, the 9 pm parade of boyz has started again. Oscars is a good place to sit and view the parade. Nice glass of wine for 120 Baht with some complimentary cheese and crackers.

Don't agree with you steveboy. I don't see how the Catholic Church or any other church created a market in dying? Everybody dies! How the family/friends of the deceased decides to celebrate or mourn their passing is up to them. The real big expenses, in a funeral, are items like a coffin, embalming, interment, flower, and tombstones. Stipend to clergy is minimal. Same goes with weddings. But, as you say, the least spent on funerals and weddings would be better spent on more practical things. Having to settle the estates of several deceased, the cost of clergy is next to nothing compared to lawyer fees and fees for funeral expenses unrelated to clergy.
-
As far as the Catholic Church "making money from funerals and weddings" I am not sure exactly what that means? That Church or any Church receives a fee for use of facilities and the priest/minister/rabbi would normally receive a stipend. As for the real cost of funerals/weddings the majority of that is for the funeral director's services and internment and the cost of the wedding festivities, clothing, food and drink.

Well, it is like wine, it all depends on the source, the vintage and the vintner. Kind of like comparing cheap, box wine like Mont Clair with an expensive Burgundy such as Romanee Conti.

Rest in Peace, Bill; your prose will surely last another 400 years. Shall I compare thee to a summer’s day? Thou art more lovely and more temperate. Rough winds do shake the darling buds of May, And summer’s lease hath all too short a date. Sometime too hot the eye of heaven shines, And often is his gold complexion dimmed; And every fair from fair sometime declines, By chance, or nature’s changing course, untrimmed; But thy eternal summer shall not fade, Nor lose possession of that fair thou ow’st, Nor shall death brag thou wand’rest in his shade, When in eternal lines to Time thou grow’st. So long as men can breathe, or eyes can see, So long lives this, and this gives life to thee. On this date — April 23, 1616 — the creator of “Hamlet,” “Macbeth” and “Romeo and Juliet” left the beauty of this world. To us, he bequeathed his tragedies and comedies, his sonnets and verse, which would survive 400 years.

Just for some clarification on my tipping comments. It really is not a matter of one's coming from a tipping culture or a non-tipping culture nor a transatlantic/transpacific argument. As Dorothy , in the Wizard of Oz, said "Toto, I've a feeling we're not in Kansas anymore.". Point being we are not in our home country but in a strange, weird world where both younger and older, foreign, gay gentlemen can enjoy the charms and favors of younger Thai guys, whom we allude to as "boys". These boys can be found anywhere and everywhere; on the street (where you go mister?) ; in beer bars and go-go bars; in massage houses; on Internet hook-ups as Planet Romeo, etc. And the fuel that drives their willingness to share their lovely, brown bodies with us is, euphemistically, called a tip. Without these tips there would be no life as we know it in Thailand. (Yes, there are the free-for-all saunas and those the lucky devils who get "it" free) My conviction is without largess on behalf of we "gentlemen" all the blessing we enjoy so much will one day fade away which is why I encourage charity in our tipping conduct. One person posted that a 100 Baht tip is equivalent to 1/3 the daily minimum wage; true but it would take 3 such tips to reach the daily min wage which may not always be the case. And isn't the pleasure of having some young guy caress your naked body for one hour or more worth more than just 100 Baht? Plus does anyone really believe that those massage boys sit around all day and night looking to earn a 100 Baht tip for a non-sexual massage? They are there to provide sexual services, even if just an arousal, and wait and wish for Mr. Big-Heart with a Big Hard-On to cum on in. Well, enough of my rambles! But if you want to read of the adventures off a real "big tipper" read this report by rocket on Gaybuttonthai forum: http://gaybuttonthai.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=7756&sid=1e0772e2a99d40065a805651d20ebe01

Inflation rate in Thailand over past 15 years hovers about 1%/year so doubtful that inflation could explain that huge of an increase.
-
PS- I also give change to beggars in the street; give motorbike taxi drivers a little extra; give an empty Baht Bus driver 20 Baht instead of 10 Baht; sometimes leave change at 7/11; min tip at restaurants is 40 Baht/person; min tip for drink at bar/club 20 Baht, etc. Nothing cheap about Koko!

Masseurs at Massage Houses may get a cut of the House fee but they do count on a decent tip from the customer. Hard to believe someone could be happy with 100 Baht tip but have heard that from other guys. And no, I am not a two week millionaire ,I live here many months at a time and live on a tight budget. But I do have empathy for the workers in certain trades and do try to support them so that the scene here in Thailand (or at least in Pattaya) does not fade away. I see the massage boys sitting for hours in front of their establishments with no customers but that is in Pattaya. When in bars/clubs I also do what I can to help the workers with some tips rather than sit on my hands as do many farang. So, yes, maybe I am a sucker? Oh, and yes, even give the barber a 20 Baht tip even though my haircuts are of short duration.
-
I must live in a different Universe! For me a 100 B tip is not a courtesy it is an insult. Saying that I know of others who tip that little even though sex may be involved. I would think a tip equal to the cost of the massage would be more in order.

Sorry Michael, I was referring to some posts by Firecat describing this Gaythailand as : This Forum is about SEX, mainly Gay for Pay. Whether a Bar, Show, Massage Parlor etc is discussed everyone understands it is about SEX. (posted in this thread) You must become a Member . Anyone who becomes a member understands this Board is about SEX SEX SEX in the Gay Arena. (posted in The Champion thread)
-
So, from Michae's post it seems that Gaythailand is a combo sex, sex, sex site as claimed by Firecat plus something otherwise. For me, I viewed the Message Board as a means of promulgating and exchanging info on gay aspects of life in Thailand. In which case not a sex, sex, sex site. However the proliferation of candid/bare-ass photos of escorts/money-boys/ models plus the often graphic descriptions of sexcapades by members certainly has made the Message Board into something akin to the venerable FirstHand pulp magazine of years ago.

The likes were coming in faster than I could add them to my post.

In truth, I like the "likes" from Divine Madman, Vinapu and williewillie; obviously they are men of refinement and acumen and find their posts as laudable. Actually appreciate all the likes that members have favored me with.

Disagree with you regarding this site be in the middle for moderation. The GB site has the most moderation at present; Sawatdee has moderation with input from Surfcrest and Moses. This site rarely has input from a Mod, even if he exists, and only sometimes input from the owner whoever he is. In the past when GB was the moderator this site was run with the proverbial "iron fist" which truly was a deterrent to post anything here. As for terminating membership just because you don't like other's input, forget it!

Suggest you check out seatguru.com regarding seat pitch and width for Premium Economy, etc. If in need of additional miles you can buy miles from your airline to make up the difference. Sometimes this is a good option.

Judging by abang's avatar his bubble butt is in great shape! Happy Birthday, abang.

The ? after Phuket "escort" is somewhat ambiguous. Was it questioning whether he was an "escort" or whether he was in Phuket? The objectionable element in your post was" i had sex with him in July '15 and he's a great bottom, looking to fuck him again but seems not be in Phuket anymore". Tactless choice of words in my opinion. Nonetheless, good that you responded.

Does this also mean if a farang posts his image on Gayromeo or if I recognize him then he also has lost his protection? This did happen with one of our members who posted on Gayromeo. A now deceased forum owner found the image of XXX and posted in on his gay forum much to the dismay of XXX.

Now that the melee of opinions has settled a bit there is one thing missing. The missing link is Visseange who made the original post, his one and only post on this forum. Was his post just an innocent, albeit, naive post on his part? Or was he trying to be provocative or offensive in which case he succeeded. Or maybe just trying to smear the lad in the photo for whatever reason? Probably will never know? So far no word of explanation or apology or defense of his actions and likely there will be none. Time will tell. In addition his post and resulting discussion highlights the paucity of moderation by a forum moderator or owner or his surrogate. IMHO
