Center Condotel would be a good choice. It is listed as a hotel and within the rules. Also you could rent for one month which would be cheaper or equal to a daily rate such as for three weeks. Rent for one month and leave in three weeks. Centrally located to everything. Send me a PM is interested. But the availability of rooms depends on what time of the year you plan to arrive. Now it is low season and rooms are more available.

You may be lucky to even get a handjob! It all depends. Tipping is all in the mind of the tipper. I believe a minimum tip is equal to cost paid to the establishment assuming you enjoy the experience. Jomtien Complex has some nice massage houses which seem to have some nice boyz out front.

Regardless of the price of drinks, Double Shot is a tremendous asset to Sunee Plaza and deserves to be patronized. And the drinks are indeed strong! Other beer bars in Sunee offer drinks at 100 Baht and up (my experience). Go-go bar drinks are more expensive, in general.

Within Sunee Plaza the "hot spot" is centered near Elephant Bar, Green Bar, Diamond Bar, Double Shot and Euro Bar. Winner Bar is close to the action followed by Eros. Nice Boys and Power Boys are at the entrance to the Plaza. The only "light" on the darkened soi is Sky Pub along with the dimly lit Good Boys.

Sorry to report but Ting Tong Red Bar has closed in Sunee Plaza.

There is a menu posted at the entrance and nearby is a table set up with a bottle of wine. Very inviting.

Regarding the mass exodus of gays, in Pattaya that would spell the end to Sunee Plaza, Jomtien Complex and Boyztown area. Only exception would be Boyz, Boyz, Boyz which basically caters to Chinese.

The announcement at Winner Bar was Winner and Ting Tong were to be open. But, as hanan reports, only Winner was open. Maybe a staffing problem at Ting Tong? But many customers were at Winner tonight and most of the boyz were sitting with a customer. So a successful night for Winner.
