  1. I prefer to visit Thailand during the wet season, one reason was that pre covid there were less tourists there. I did spend Christmas and new years in Bangkok once, the weather was very nice but as nice as it was I reverted back to the wet season on later trips.
  2. By the looks it appears to be right at Bang Pho MRT, looks promising and will go on the must visit list.
  3. Richard Barrow just posted it on facebook. Good news for tourists and returning expats. Starting in March, the requirement for the 2nd RT-PCR test on Day 5 will be dropped and replaced with a self-ATK test. In addition, the insurance will be reduced to $20,000. UPDATES: You can register with the new rules from 1st March onwards. Which means fly to Thailand on 7 March onwards. Only book one night SHA++ hotel while waiting for results Only book one RT-PCR test Minimum insurance reduced from $50,000 to $20,000
  4. I used to have a preference for circumcised cocks and thought I would prefer Filipinos because of it, after seeing both Filipino and Thai cock I will take the uncut Thai any day. Some of those Filipino cocks look terrible.
  5. I am much the same, preference is for the massage places, now that I have long gotten over the entrance and selection nerves I make sure to communicate with the boy my 3 wishes for being there, a good massage is number 1, 2 and 3 follow very soon after the massage šŸ˜
  6. Great report and pictures, thank you for sharing.

    Thai Pass

From The Nation. Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha wants the Thailand Pass system to be improved to make it more convenient for foreign tourists to enter the kingdom, government spokesman Thanakorn Wangboonkongchana said on Wednesday. Thanakorn said Prayut ordered government agencies concerned to speed up efforts to detect bugs and correct errors in the system to make it convenient for foreign tourists to register. The prime minister noted that foreign tourists are essential for the revival of the economy. According to Thanakorn, government agencies are paying heed to the prime ministerā€™s concerns and are stepping up efforts to improve the system. The Digital Government Development Agency Public Organisation, which is in charge of Thailand Pass, has sped up the consideration of applications and approved QR codes for tourists in seven days, the spokesman said. He said the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) is coordinating with the Foreign Ministry and the Centre for Covid-19 Situation Administration to launch awareness campaigns among hotels and foreign tourists on how to use the system. He said the new Thailand Pass Hotel & Swap System (TPHS) has been linked to Thailand Pass to make it convenient for hotels to approve reservations and allow tourists to swap hotels with more convenience. The TPHS would take 10-15 minutes to approve requests and the main Thailand Pass system will respond every hour, Thanakorn said. He said the agencies concerned are adding more servers to the TPHS and would improve its functionality using an auto-approval function. TAT is launching an awareness campaign for hotels to join the TPHS system, which can alert them via email when new reservations are made, Thanakorn added.

Thanks daydreamer, it seems the hackers haven't funished their nefarious work, low mongrels that they are
  9. Only the one? Two would be betteršŸ˜…
  10. Babble away as much as you like, it's been an enjoyable read
  11. Looking at some of the Thailand Facebook pages there are quite a few that are going through agents or are looking for agents rather than doung it themselves, I long for the day when things get back as normal as possible and all that pass crap is done away with.
  12. So sad to see the Filipinos falling for the crooks and dynasties again, just what they don't need is another Marcos or Duterte in power but they will continue down that path by the look of it. If the Marcos - Duterte tandem do get up then the Philippines will be well and truly screwed again and then another dodgy pair will take over at the following election, it seems the lessons just aren't learnt that well over there. At some stage they need to break the trend of voting for certain types and move away from the crooked ones and the dynasties, voting for celebrities is not really the answer either, Estrada is a classic example of that.
  13. Definitely will be visited on future trips, it will be part of the morning exercise lap of Lumphini and Benjakitti
  14. Mine will go to my surviving brothers and sisters, now if I'm the last to go then I will have to come up with a plan B but not too sure what that will be yet, might be to nieces and nephews. Different direction in a way, if I was diagnosed with a terminal disease, cancer for instance, I think I would sell off everything and distribute it before the end, that way there would only be minimal things to do after the end. Of course adjustments made along the way as and if things change.
  15. I am hoping that this variant is what experts are now predicting, that because it is more mild in the majority of cases (at least in those vaccinated) that it could be the beginning of the end, it would be good if it was so that people the world over can get back to a more normal life. Fingers crossed on that.

    Tawan bar

Ok missed that one thanks, I was actually looking for an article I read a day or so back where some were talking about similar restrictions

    Tawan bar

I suppose it will come down to if they start selling food and is classed as a restaurant then maybe but if no food then most likely not An interesting article here What's closed in Bangkok By the looks of it some even have in their mindset of restaurants going back to takeaway only, time will tell what happens.

    Tawan bar

It won't be open before January 15th as BMA closes pubs, bars, karaokes, massage parlours until January 15 and if the numbers keep rising the way they are I think even beyond that date is a very real possibility
  19. 2 hands if it's a strong massage but I do like 4 hands for some fun and I now do as vinapu said, I choose one and have him choose the second. I have had one of those 4 hands where one guy was good and strong but the other too soft. It was the same when it came to the extras after the massage, the strong one was willing to play and have fun but the other just wanted to finish off the massage with a hand job, softy left early and I had fun with the stronger guy. Since then it's aways the guy I choose selecting the other.
  20. I wonder if there is something in Thailand like the Public Trustee we have here in Australia (probably not would be my guess)? Public Trustees here do just about everything, draw up wills and act as executor, they are used by some that don't have anyone to act as executor of the will (like me, being the youngest family member, the others believe they'll go before me). The one thing some don't like about Public Trustees is that they can be expensive but if it comes out of the estate after a person is gone it really doesn't matter to the deceased (as I tell them).
  21. My last 2 stays at Raya was the same room on the 5th floor, not really a problem but I did prefer the room I had on my first stay on the upper floor. Nice report on Sanctuary Spa, it's on my must visit list when I get back there. Thanks for mentioning XOne as it seems my usual money exchange (The Richy at Sala Daeng BTS, always got a very good rate there) has closed down like other businesses.
  22. I've seen that Adam massage in soi 4 are saying all their staff are fully vaccinated and I would imagine that they would all be or at least most massage shops would be
  23. I used to visit Fitness Thaniya but sadly it seems they have closed which is a pity as their pool was great, my last few trips staying at the Raya Surawong I just did a couple of early morning 7am laps of Lumpini Park (yes a bit of an early bird) and that managed to burn off some calories. For that bit extra there is the connecting walkway between Lumpini and Benjakitti Park which makes for a fair lap of the two parks and gets those calories pouring out in sweat, even early mornings.
  24. I love visiting Ayutthaya and other similar places, just love wandering around tne ruins and soaking up the history of those places
  25. I hope this next bit works, if it does it should make the water quality (smell) a bit better. Bangkok post story Nov 1st
