Ear Wig, Thanks. Like you I agree that the guys are looking for more than a lover. There are so many facets to a good relationship and when you are dealing with some of the guys, they really do miss you when you are away. All the tribe said to me, please come back I miss you too much. I believe this not because I am stupid but because I know them. I take good care of them but I also treat them like jewels. In my mind, that is what they are. While I am away they are very well taken care of financially. But, they are taken care of because I really do respect them and want them to have a better life. My rules have always been simple, No other Falang, No Drugs, No Lies. If they do that and go to school they are set. They all have girlfriends or ladyboys and that is OK with me. Being away from my BF for a few weeks now it is often hard to deal with. I do send texts on a regular basis and I try to call once a week. I have not been able to call for the past few weeks because of travel, hotels, and a hectic work schedule but now I have settled down and have the ability to call. While not the same as being there, it does bring back great memories and found times in LOS. BTW: The amount of money I decided to give Boy Special each month while I am away seems to have been sufficient. Two have bought motorcycles and all seem content with the daily deposit to the bank account. PS. Firecat, the bag I found in the store at Siam Paragon has garnished much attention. It is near one of the main Gay Saunas. It is not close to the gay bars but it is like 6 min away by Tuk Tut. It is near some large shopping centers. I would walk to those each day for lunch and then go to the saunas. At night, I would get a ride over to the gay area and enjoy that. PJ's is not the Ritz. It is clean, comfortable and the vast info the owners have makes up for the in room bath drawn at some places. I just really enjoyed my stay there and I am sure WowPow will as well. I hope all give it a try.

Lets just hope that is Ice Cream buddy! I'll say again. PJ's is amazing. The place is great, the food is good, the owners are exceptional. I don't normally push any place as the best but this is the best I have seen in Chiang Mai and I have had friends stay there and ALL were very happy. These 2 guys are wonderful and the staff is enjoyable. Having just spent over 500 Euro a night on a room in Amsterdam, it was a true 5 star hotel. I love it as well. It is hard to get a reservation but I have stayed there over 10 times in the past few years and they always find a room for me. At a price. But, PJ's is speical and if given a choice, I would stay there over the hotel I was at in Amsterdam.

There are options. I found the best way to do this on the fly is Western Union. You simply get him to tell you his full name, it is best if he sends a copy of the ID, and then you wire him the money. I do this all the time and have never had an issue. For my BF in Thailand, I leave an ATM card. I prefer Epassporte.com. They will send you a debit card and then you can have money added to it when you desire. It is very easy to do and to keep track of. I suggest not sending money to anyone else if he says send to my friend and I'll get it. That sometimes causes great problems. If he has a bank account you can wire him the money as well. But, it is a pain to do. Western Union can be done online in 10 min or if you don't have an account that lets you send money to Thailand through Western Union go to the store with the Info and do it there. It is a very simply process.

In my opinion, PJ"s the the best place to stay in Chiang Mai. I loved my stay there. I have stayed in other high end hotels there and in many cities around the world. In my opinion, PJ's is simply amazing. I took one of their small houses and it was fantastic. I give PJ's my highest reccomendation for Chiang Mai.
