Push-fave.com has a different price schedule for non japanese speaking client (aka foreigners), it's +10,000 jpy more than the local price. After sending me an inflated price list, i sent him the screenshot of the pricelist shown in the website and he responded "That is the fee for customers who reside in Japan and have Japanese language skills... I mean technically you can always call the card company for "non delivery" of specific items... subject to investigation... so most likely the first question the card company will ask is...
