The cost of the massages at Titan are very high. I asked them on Line if this price includes the tip and they said that the minimum tip is 300 Baht. The guys are okay, but Klover and History of Massage has (in my opinion) more handsome and muscular guys. If I was looking for a good massage, I would probably go to Prime that is close enough. If I was looking for extras, I would probably just go to Arena for a sure bet. Senso isn’t far either.

Hotei Park Silom- Suriwong - new kid on the block

What do you call someone who looks in one direction on a one way street? An optimist. -
Now, now. Australians contribute a great deal of colorful terms and phrases to the English language.

That is the same thing all over the world unfortunately, including in the US. Language acquisition is how we gain the ability to speak, by…you guessed it, speaking. But most school based instruction is vocabulary, grammar, verb conjugation. You learned all of that from your family before you were able to read. Language acquisition is really interesting.

Accomodation in Bangok when staying in Thailand for 2 months
Travelingguy replied to gytis123's topic in Gay Bangkok
I thought that AirBnB is legal in Thailand if the stay is more than 30 days. -
If you are taking the Singapore airline flight that leaves San Francisco at 8:15 PM and lands in Singapore at 5:45 AM, I wouldn’t worry about the transfer at all. If for some reason you can’t make that flight, there are a ton of flights throughout the day that will get you from SIN to BKK and Singapore Airlines would just put you on one of those. However, if you are going to take the Singapore airline flight that leaves San Francisco at 9:40 AM and lands in Singapore at 7 PM in the evening, that flight could create more difficulties if you are running late because you may be delayed until the next morning for a flight to Bangkok. I think that it is unlikely that you are looking at taking this flight, since you have to get to SFO from DEN. If you misconnect because of the fault of the airline, they will put you on the next flight. Sometimes they will also put you up in a hotel if it is an overnight delay but I would not count on that.

Pong is right. If it is all on Singapore or your bags are checked through to BKK, you will be fine. Singapore is very efficient .

I saw that there was a top up app. Does that require a Thai bank account?

A message is being sent. I did watch the video of the otot raid. I do wonder about what they can charge without actual proof of specific actions. It may not matter in Malaysia, but I think that a case against these guys would be hard to prove without catching someone doing something sexual in front of the police.

What was @vinapu saying about expectations….? LOL

To some degree I think that it is a question of terminology and cultural habits. The massage shop has their charge for the massage. The provider may or may not get paid something from that. The bar has an off fee. I do not think that the provider gets paid from the off fee. The payment to the provider is called a tip, but it is really the amount that the provider charges for his services. There is also this term, minimum tip. But that is also a misnomer as vinapu has explained in the past. The minimum tip is what the provider expects to be paid for his services. So the actual tip is whatever you decide to give above and beyond the amount that the provider charges for his services. You can give whatever you want, but in most contexts (restaurant, taxi, haircut, etc) a 20% tip would be a large tip. If you didn’t really care for the provider’s service, you pay the agreed upon provider service charge and move on. No tip necessary. Americans tip excessively. That is the cultural part of this. The first world vs third world dynamic also plays into this, particularly if you have a fondness for the provider. Some will give more money to the waiter, taxi driver, massage guy or escort, because they think that the provider could use the money and the client has the money to give.

Jey Spa and Glam are not under the same ownership. I always thought they were because so many of the guys work at both. I was asking if my new Glam crush, Oak, also worked at Jey Spa and they told me that the two shops are not connected..

This never occurred to me, but this is an excellent idea. I think I may do this myself.

I have friends on a gay cruise that is going from Hong Kong to Bangkok right now. They’ve done several of these. I haven’t done any yet.

I have felt this way for decades. I don’t see any reason for me to be advertising for somebody’s company without getting paid for it. I make exceptions for sports teams that I cheer for or something like that. I also don’t wear anything that advertises alcohol or cigarettes since I don’t smoke or drink.

Grab rider seeks justice after being molested by male passenger
Travelingguy replied to mauRICE's topic in Gay Thailand
This driver also gave this passenger many opportunities to stop and he refused. I don’t think the driver would have objected to hands at the waist or hips if the hands stayed there. -
I just asked them and they said that they do outcalls depending on location. I was in Seminyak and it would be 150K additional fee with minimum 70 minute Platinum service. I did not do this but would definitely do it on a future visit. 150K IDR is $9.

Yes, I do think they do home service. I saw it on their website. You can also directly contact them through WhatsApp and they are pretty responsive.

600 Thai baht is $18. Not a very expensive lesson. It can be all overwhelming under your circumstances. I have a feeling that you are going to be more prepared for the next adventure. Have some fun.

I paid 700,000 IDR for full service

I spent a week in Bali. I went to the temples and the waterfalls and Ubud and the monkey forest and had a good time. I stayed in a villa in Seminyak. All the gay massage places were here. My favorite place was XXL Men Spa Bali , although I used XXL2 (same owner, same men) mostly because it was closer. B2B massages are advertised on the website. I used 2 of their men for 5 visits. I was able to get full service from both. Not sure if that is universal. I noticed that the guys (not just my two but the other men that I ran into) were all better looking in person than in the online photos. You can contact them on WhatsApp and they will tell you if the man you want is available or not. I also used Teman spa. Was able to negotiate with therapist B2B. No penetration, but I did not ask for that anyway. I was very happy. I also used Eksckusive Grooming Men Spa. They have a sensitive or sensational massage for the same price as the regular and I was very happy each time with therapist mostly undressed. Did not push for any penetration but was very satisfied Banana Spa and Coco Grande were so unappealing that I did not even give them a try. Of note, I got good to excellent massages each and every time. That is something that I have not found to be true in the past for these types of massages. Usually the massage is poor quality and it is all about the extras. I also had several of the men go back to the massage, because I still had time on the clock. None of the facilities are luxurious or even particularly nice, but they were clean and they were fine for shower, massage, shower. All of the men that I dealt with were very nice and very accommodating
