The world isn't perfect. It's up to the website owners to run their website how they wish. I'm not commenting on anyone's actions here, only stating things from a legal perspective. Murder is illegal in most of the world. Doesn't mean people don't commit murder.

I didn't post it. But if the person who did had lifted photos from my website and posted it here, I would be sending DMCA notices to this website, webhost and domain registrar.

Good luck. There is a reason the "photos" subforum is not public. That's because copyrighted, both commercial and personal media is posted there. It could result in civil or criminal prosecutions in many countries. The days of the internet being a wild west free-for-all where pretty much anything goes are long gone. You cannot take photos from someone's social media or gay apps and repost it here, or another website. You may do it anyway and simply not care, but it certainly opens you up to legal problems, and more important this website. If you used the excuse that "providers" as you call these people, wouldn't know about it or don't have the resources to do anything about it, which is how people like you often think, then we will all see your true colours. As gayguides is hosted with Mojohost, the same hosting provider my company use, I can assure you that Brad and his team are excellent at dealing with DMCA take-down notices and complying with lawsuits both in the US and EU.

If you happen to be on the LOS during Songkran,
gayinpattaya replied to 18past19's topic in Gay Thailand
I did Bangkok Songkran a couple of times. Would I do it again? Very unlikely. As for Pattaya, you couldn't pay me enough money to go near the place. It's a week of Arabs and Indians violently hurling ice buckets at innocent bystanders, even into taxis and baht bus's. The stories I hear are horrific. Why the police don't round them up and deport them baffles me. I will do the 1 day of Songkran in Jomtien, on the 19th. Prior to 2019, it was one, if not "THE" best day of the year. In previous years Jomtien, and the complex itself have been very good at keeping things calm and dry on the run-up to the 19th. I am hoping the influx of half a million Russians don't change that. -
We spoke with Laron about this last night in Dragon Music Lounge. The answer is no, there is no longer any related between the 2 businesses. There was, last year. Dragon Music Lounge will remain open.

I would actually travel up to Bangkok if I knew he was there!

I know of a Soda massage boy who, out of work hours, offers blowjobs (no anal) for 500 baht. That's his rate. And he is one of the most attractive there. Some boys know how to work, and make a lot of money doing it. Other boys will wait around all day/night for the 1 customer who will give them 1500 short time. (bar boys/freelancers)

As I younger person, it took me a few years before I asked why I was hassled less walking past massage shops, than the older guys were. The answer Sun gave me (he worked the old Bangkok Massage in Twilight) was 100% aligned with your post here. Not sure he's on soi 6. Last I saw he was at the end of soi 4 just before covid. That Lao boy had magical hands! And 3 girlfriends back then I was told!

Maybe you can setup a website of your own where you post peoples photos and private information on a public website. While it may be fine in the county you reside, I know in many countries there are strict laws and lengthy prison sentences when people do that without permission. In the United Kingdom, it comes under what they call "revenge porn legislation". My advice, take it or leave it, is before posting anything online that doesn't belong to you, specifically photos or videos, is ensure you have written permission. That normally comes in the form of a Copyright Release.

I have a Pattaya freelancer with me now. I just asked him about this. He said he would not be happy with his profiles and information being discussed on the internet. I know some other boys have no problem with it. Everyone is different. It may be polite to ask the person in question before deciding to share their profiles and intimate information online. If nothing else, out of respect.

Reopening of the Boyz Music bar / disco in Pattaya in BoyzTown

There actually isn't a curfew. All that Chink-virus shit is finished. You can party till dawn if you go to the right places. If you want to get into the finer details of closing times and corruption, you have to look into to zoning of different areas, and also the brides paid to specific police districts. Walking street and central Pattaya is classed as an entertainment zone. They are allowed to open till 2am. Many of the late night venues (Sinlapin) stay open much later. The correct amount of money found it's way to the correct pockets. If you want to look at the mess that is Jomtien Complex, you will have a headache. Jomtien Complex is classed as a residential zone. Keep in mind it was build as an office complex, never intended to be bars. That means everything has to be closed by midnight (00:00). It's also located on royal land, because of the residence up towards Pratumnak. Bars that are staying open till 2am in Jomtien Complex are paying 6000 a month for that privilege. Some bars refuse (BuBu Bar) for instance. They close at midnight. This is also the reason gogo bars are not allowed in Jomtien, with the exception of the 1 girly gogo bar near the beach that has a legacy exemption. I bet that was costly! -
You're due for another booster. Run along....

Ripping the soul out of Bangkok. It's very sad to see. A city I once enjoyed being a resident, I now visit and can't wait to leave.

It's impressive and quite worrisome. I have been using ChatGPT for some things, playing around. It's a strange time we are going into, when we are almost at a point where so many jobs will be no more, as AI will do it better.
-
Considering "Telephone Pub" closed a long time ago, becoming Circus, my guess is this is a paid article written by someone who has never step foot in Bangkok. It could quite easily have been written by ChatGPT, as these AI only have access to outdated information.

STDs up, condom use down among Pattaya sex workers
gayinpattaya replied to reader's topic in Gay Pattaya
A friend of mine who also lives here in Pattaya was talking about this the other day. He has been here over a decade so has seen a lot change, and his understanding of the language is a big thing. He was telling me how many of the boys now worryingly really don't care about HIV. He actually points the blame partially at organisations such as Swing. Swing do HIV tests, put boys on PREP for free, and also free HIV medications. The problem is, in trying to remove the taboo around HIV, many of the boys see it as no problem to catch it, as Swing will just give them pills. This isn't an attack on Swing. There are a great charity. It's just a friends perspective on how things are currently, especially around Jomtien Complex. -
Young people are dying of the common cold because they didn't accept mRNA gene therapy? You really are full of it. Also, I don't think "young people" die from being fat. It may bring them health issues later in life. Substance abuse, smoking... Well up to them. That's a choice people make and they have the right to do so. Young people are dying as a result of deadly mRNA injections. You can ignore the facts as much as you like, but the information is very clear and at least in European countries being released by governments. It's official figures. In reality, half of young people couldn't give a shit. The other half of woke progressives are probably still wearing 5 masks when they are alone in the shower. Thankfully I have no idea what is happening in the West, with no intention of finding out.
-
Looking at the excess death rates sweeping the western world at the moment, I hope to god nobody takes your advice and avoids any mRNA shots. Luckily most people I talk to seem to be doing just that. Even those who were tricked the first time have no interest in sacrificing their health any further. Then again, I don't think I talk to anyone over the age of 65 really.

Go back to your day job. Really. People are bored of being told how to live their lives by morons like you. You live your life. We will live our life. I don't give a fuck what paperwork you hold from government funded shithole school. Let me guess, you are a terrorist from the The United States Of America. GTFO. Those men having an afternoon beer on vacation, will live far longer lives when they avoid the poison MRNA shit you doctors are injecting into people. Better luck next time.
