Absolutely right!!! His mother had made contact last week and he just admitted he sent her a few thousand dollars as he felt guilty about it, suddenly she needs money for phones etc

Unfortunately it's just not white supremacists it's also certain religion groups and religious fanatics who don't approve of gay people,some countries still execute etc . Middle East ,Africa etc are known for their intolerance sadly all in the name of religion. I'm not a religious person but have a Filipino boyfriend who was heavily involved in the church that was working up to 40 hours a week for them for free as well as doing his full time job during the week. After they found out he was gay he was disowned and they even forbid his family from seeing him. Its very sad that religious people are so unkind I feel very sorry for him that his family over in the Philippines have been told to disown him. He is here in Australia with me and no family contact 😥😥

I sometimes see guys I have taken back to my room using that bum gun next to the toilet and I setting that water in to clean themselves. And some had taken the hand held shower head off

Very very rarely have I had a guy more than really 1 hour. I tend to like it done quick and I get bored after more than say 1 hour . Its not timed just I like to take a guy back to my room and basically get on with it . Sometimes short time to me is less than 30 minutes! And yes I do tell guys that and some lower their prices back to 500b , that is going back a few years but if they are close by some will do less price for less time . As for long time I'm not keen as I'm more a loner and I prefer sleeping by myself at night.

I guess too the difference in customers/farang to each area . I'm thinking more cheaper in Pattaya so more lower economic farangs ,to put it nicely 😂,just like myself. I wouldn't dare paying Bangkok prices, not all the time anyway. I wonder too if the type of farang going to Bangkok are more professional types in terms of occupational, one should do a study I guess😉

I guess unless you get "educated" Thai guys and I don't mean that disrespectfully it's hard to have a conversation with them about World politics or whatever. A friend told me he has many such conversation with Filipino boys though in the Phillipines where English & education on world affairs is much better .

I'm still researching my hotel stay and come across what looks like a gay guest house called Ben & Lek ,however a bit too far walk for me in soi 7 however great rates at average 500b per night. I wish Baan Souy would drop their average 2500b night rates , I used to love Baan Souy but won't pay that silly amount , but fantastic place to chill out

Yes Baan dok Mai was run for a long time by a lovely New Zealand guy. I believe he sold it and then it seemed to go downhill

I see Marina Plaza is still going ,never ever did stay there though. I wonder if Ban dok mai is still around, I don't see it on the apps unless a name change.

I looked into this for my next trip next month, comparing Airbnb apartments to hotels . I found the apartments were more pricier in terms many wanted additional costs eg electricity & water paid separately. If cost is no issue then Airbnb app has tons of apartments in Pattaya from low cost to luxurious. Many if not all have security & a front desk .

I was shocked to see recently with the recent Australian Federal election that 3 outwardly Gay (conservatives) politicians who lost their seats were against transgender people,glad they lost their seats, obviously they must hate themselves if they are gay and don't support gay marriage. Australia has just had the Federal election where the Greens & Labor won and thrashed the conservatives. A lot has I believe had to do with the conservatives not supporting transgender & gay rights ! Can you still believe church /religious institutions are still allowed to discriminate against gay people, hopefully the new PM will change this !!

Do you think there's many more guys available in Bangkok? I always found it more difficult in Bangkok compared to Pattaya, but obviously the type of guy was more available in BKK , eg muscle guys or African guys . I guess more "Top" boys too compared to Pattaya

I guess too the farangs are probably younger compared to Pattaya? Do you notice the difference in farangs in both places? Are the farangs more ,how do I put it, more hipster/stylish, younger,educated, financially more secure etc in Bangkok than Pattaya?

Yes I agree. Not sure if I'm imagining it or its real,but I find Pattaya boys much more friendly and less negotiation.

I recall once have a farang in a bar tells me he swears by using Listerine in other places too, I imagine it would burn, never tried it on there😂

May seem like a strange question but I'm fascinated to know why. Why do you prefer Bangkok over Pattaya ? Now I'm a City boy here in my own country but for many reasons I don't like the City of Bangkok when it comes to taking guys. Love to read some of your reasons, I guess there's a lot more muscular type guys in Bangkok where Pattaya has more twinkish ? I like Bangkok for a few days then I need a "relaxing" place to get away to.

I haven't watched Gay Adult DVDs for years because one can get it online for free nowadays ,but my question is do they still sell the Adult porn DVDS in the markets in Bangkok? In Pattaya they used to come around on the motorbike,do they still do this? I actually had a farang friend mention this to me today that he used to come back with 100's of gay porn DVDs ,not something I would do particularly if customs would have to go thru each one of them.😂 How times change, I remember also the internet cafes , now all gone and I think replaced by the gaming places. Well next week can't come fast enough,back in Pattaya after 3 & half years !😉 Any updates on the Jomtien complex? How is the Venue show nowadays, I used to go every night years ago, who can forget Madame Karen & those wonderful dancers, Home Bar was one of my favorites along with cocka2 then. A lot of new bars I guess ,pity they don't allow the Go Go bars . As for food is " Timmies" still operating , my favorites pie shop . What was the other one called, great cheap food place opp the carpark where you could sit outside. I wasn't keen on Dick cafe if that still there , loved sitting outside on the opp side though and chilling with a ice coffee. Thai blind massage was fantastic,used it everyday ! Yupins another great restaurant, the owner was a fine gentleman who looked after his customers. I also heard some bars from the old Sunee had moved ( before Covid) to jomtien ?

Grindr used to be good until about the last 12 months they took away the ability to "search" for a particular race . Eg I used to search Asian only, you can't do that anymore .
