I have visited the place today. There were very few customers and also not many boys. Maybe wrong day or time. The Dominican guy seemed very nice, but did not deliver what was promised. I just got information from them yesterday, that they are very busy with not enough drivers, so going BKK airport - Pattaya - BKK airport only, at the moment

I think its pretty similiar: U-Tapao around 800 Baht and 1 hour+ driving BKK around 1000 Baht and 1,5 hour driving I would choose the more convenient flights.
