  1. Transportation to Medellin from the MDE airport is very straight forward since the opening of the western tunnel in 2019. The tunnel goes through the mountains (two sections) and ends with a connection with Avenida Las Palmas in the upper western side of the city (almost directly above El Poblado barrio). When existing the airport, head to the taxi signs. There will be attendants directing you to the taxis and they will ask what neighbourhood in Medellin is your destination. The flat rate in 2021 is 80,000COP to any destination within the city of Medellin. Surcharges apply for outlying areas (Envigado, Bello, etc.). If you prefer the security of a named driver pickup, I am happy to share my preferred driver details. Two brothers that run a respectable car service that do pickups. DM me for details. A good resource for the city (and ex-pats that live there) is Medellin Guru. Here is an article on transportation from the airport and between local cities and towns (like Guatapé). https://medellinguru.com/get-to-medellin-from-the-airport/?__cf_chl_managed_tk__=pmd_ZRCgMDAg1xVFJi3gkSTHMqsVigOASJXhHPM12pXX5KA-1634591793-0-gqNtZGzNAxCjcnBszRO9
  2. Je suis dans l'imposibilité de voir la vidéo.
  3. So just for note -- as gay men we know that often opposites attract. Hairy bodies are unusual in Colombia -- that becomes a fetish. Visit Dark Club in Bogota on a Friday and tell me I am wrong. I find there is also a strong "older man" fetish with many, but I would not state that as a "fact" within the country. Point being that you can find interested parties -- but there is not a community demanding your presence. There will always be a core group of young men that want to fuck other men that look exactly like themselves. Colombia is a progressive country that is still finding it's identify. This is why I am so dedicated to their success. But let's not draw assumptions based on small data samples, please.
  4. No, there is not. It is specifically aimed at locals in specific Latin American countries. You may want to try using a browser (like Chrome) that will offer to "translate" the content.
  5. For international travellers to Colombia, you need to activate the CoronApp on your phone when you present yourself at customs for entry to the country. This is a formality as well for all flights within the country, asking you a series of Covid-19 symptom-related questions. That survey generates a QR code to be shown at flight check-in and customs. Is gay nightlife back to normal? Sort of. There are many businesses and clubs that have re-opened, however you will find many smaller businesses have changed their format to reflect a post-pandemic reality. Vaccination rates in Colombia are still relatively low, which reflects the limited public health access many Colombians deal with. You will find that the major clubs (Theatron in Bogota, Gigolo Show Bar in Bogota, Industry in Medellin, City Club in Cartagena, etc.) have all resumed regular business hours. Most of the saunas and massage services are also back to normal as well.
  6. There are several that I have used in the past. If you think I should share here let me know.
  7. Hi Ethan, I am going to post this here (publicly) so others also know. In Medellin, the gym of choice for the gay and beautiful crowd is Unity Net located in the Charlee Hotel (Parque Lleras) for working out. It is a huge gym and offers personal training among other services. There is a CrossFit gym in El Poblado call CrossFit Deluxe. The local Colombian "chain" of gyms is BodyTech (Gimansio BodyTech Calle 3 beside El Tesoro Mall) where you can try different personal trainers, some of whom you may recognize from F4F.com website Just a hint. If you are in Laureles, the preferred gym for working out is Bulltrain Entrenamiento (Cra. 79 #37-55, Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia) where you may also see many performers from the F4F.com website doing their part to keep in shape. The dormitory and studio is nearby. I will warn you (and others) that the PowerClub Vizcaya (El Poblado) is one of the worst gyms I have ever visited on every level. The deal breaker is the cameras in the change rooms which I am certain are used for footage sold to other sites. Buyer beware.
  8. The easiest beach to reach is a day trip to Boca Chica beach which is about 40 minutes east of the Colonial District in Santo Domingo. You can grab a local bus (multiple trips daily) for about 400 pesos or hire a private driver to take you out and bring you home at the end of the day. I have typically paid 2500-3000 pesos for private car service. The beach can be very busy on weekends and the vendors are aggressive. But you will get an authentic, fun day at a Dominican beach. For something less hectic, you can make the trip to Guayacanes (further east towards the town of Juan Dolio) which is popular with locals looking for a day away from the city. Highlights in Santo Domingo for me would be the old Colonial Zone and the Plaza de España. Plenty of local boys will be openly cruising in this neighbourhood, looking for some paid work. I also like to spend a night on the Avenida Venezuela in East Santo Domingo at the bars and clubs where you can dance bachata to your heart's content. The federal district around the Palacio Nacional is fun and safe to explore, and I always make a stop at the botanical gardens. The Parque del Este y El Faro are in the east of the city, next to the Tres Ojos lake. I was not overly impressed with Los Tres Ojos underground lake caverns, but others enjoy it. The park area is fun to explore and you will see many Dominican out playing sports or jogging here. And since it was brought up, the famous Cine Lido was open when a friend of mine visited in July 2021. The phone number if you want to be certain is (809) 764-0537.
  9. Disponible (available) is a dead giveaway in any latin country. Hope you are feeling better.
  10. OMFG I just realized that I know Ezekiel from here in Toronto -- so that's what's he's up to since Remington's strip club here closed down Thank you so much @BlkSuperman for passing this over. Going to make finding the perfect gift for the birthday boy much, much easier. ¡Muchísimas gracias!
  11. He counts out what appears to by about 485,000 COP (Colombian pesos). The current value would be around $130USD. The sound is not great, but what I piece together is that these are his wages plus tips from "private" sessions. Unclear of the number or timeframe. Both voices mention 'dos' (2) so this could be proceeds from two private sessions, including the minimal pay for time on screen. The offscreen voice asks to confirm the cam model's rate, but the sound quality doesn't help me understand the conversation completely. From what I have been told, most regular cam boys earn about 80K COP per day including tips, with the most popular models earning in excess of 200K COP daily which puts them at a very good monthly salary (comparable to a professional salary) in Colombia. Many models do not stick it out because they do not enjoy the work or they never find an audience. It's not a job at which everyone will excel.
  12. Ethanmiami is correct. You will find that there is a strict adherence to the "No guests" rule in many buildings (including AirBnB). There is a local campaign to curb the growth of sex tourism in Medellin. Many places will require you to sign an agreement (with penalties) to not engage in prostitution or drug use while on the premises. This is 100% normal in the city. The attached is a sticker you will see in many hotels and condo buildings to announce that they support the campaign. The further you get from the tourist areas (El Poblado, Parque Lleras, Las Lomas y Laureles) the less stringent the rule will be. You also have the advantage of speaking with the locals in their native language. Many of my visitors are just "old friends dropping by for a drink..." seems to satisfy many who are happy to look the other way. As always, being discrete and showing a little respect to the culture and locals goes a long way.
  13. And SoyTuyo website has listings as well https://www.soytuyo.com/es/escorts-masculinos/pais/chile
  14. You should check out https://cl.mileroticos.com/escorts-gay/ , use the filter to get results by city and region.
  15. The original gay "rumba' in the Walled City of Cartagena, Le Petit is the local watering hole where locals meet tourists. Restaurant/bar upstairs with a tiny terrace, the party happens downstairs with a DJ after 10pm (11pm on weekends) in the main floor club. Goes late (2am weekdays - 5am weekends) Cover to enter (usually 20K COP or less, depends on day/event). Popular with escorts (especially Venezuelans) looking to meet tourists. Gets jammed on weekends. Watch your wallet. Side bar leading to washrooms gets very cruisy as the night goes on. Keep an eye on your wallet and mobile phone, many visitors have met sticky fingers here. Address: Calle del candilejo 32-34 Centro Histórico Cartagena de Indias, Bolívar, Colombia (enter through Watch Tower, and immediate turn left and walk up one block to first corner (Hard Rock entrance). Turn right and continue to first cross road. Le Petit is on your immediate right) Tel. +57 305 9314242 FB: https://www.facebook.com/BARLEPETITSTUDIO54
  16. Greetings! May I suggest that the business listings for Gay Businesses in Colombia expand to include: - Medellin - Cali - Bucaramanga as these are the next most important cities after the Capital (Bogotá)? I would be happy to set up the major business listings to get things started.
  17. Just confirmed a trip to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic for friend's birthday in November. Any members have any updated info/reco's for Punta Cana DR (not the capital)? Last trip there was in 2012 so I am wildly out of date on the state of Punta Cana/Bávaro. I once took home a stripper from Fugoo who was from Punta Cana so my expectations are high :-)
  18. Hells to the yes. I hope I will see the day when the issue of systemic racism and euro supremacy can be addressed (and fixed) for many latin countries. But given the long continuum that starts with survival, it is not a realistic goal for many countries on the continent. Ojala que podamos arreglar eso bien pronto.
  19. Colombia removes Covid19 tests for international travellers effective 3 June 2021. Sorry, could not find any information in English El Tiempo Newspaper article (in Spanish) Travellers will still need to install and activate the CheckMig app prior to boarding flights to Colombia. Immigration will need to confirm the traveller code from the app when you do the interview with Customs. Colombia is slowly opening up again as community transmission rates continue to fall.
  20. HI Tassojunior -- I didn't include Medellin on the list that I offered here because I don't find Medellin particularly "open" to foreigners, it takes some understanding of the culture to make contact, in my experience. But mileage can vary -- your experience could be quite different. Just to be precise, as posted elsewhere, the infamous "Calle de Pecados" (Calle 57A - Street of Sins) is almost completely abandoned now, including the sex hotel. The Machete Club is open infrequently, most of the other spots on this street appear to be closed permanently. This may change in the future, but there were just 2 boys working the street when I was there a couple of months ago. Sadly Club de Tobi is another victim of Covid19 -- the club closed last year (2020) and the building is now for sale.
  21. Going to throw my 2 cents into the pot..and since this is posted to the Latin America forum, may I suggest that the best cities in Latin American to meet local boys in the local bars/clubs (not sex adjacent) are: - Havana, Cuba (they are always looking for foreigners, especially to pay for a night out that might cost you a whopping $15 total) - Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic (healthy gay scene around El Conde and the local boys love to dance and fuck til late. Just be prepared to pay) - Bogota, Colombia (Chapi-gay lives up to its name, there are always boys looking for something exotic -- meaning your white ass because you are not local) - Rio de Janeiro, Brazil (see Santo Domingo, same rules apply) - Mexico City, Mexico (twink quotient is super high, Mexicans love to meet new people and everyone is a stranger in DC. Plus strippers/go-go's leave 'em horny by end of the night) - Santiago, Chile (they don't see a lot of tourists, the locals will seek you out) - LIma, Peru (If you don't look like an Andean local, you are going to stand out and Peruvians are curious about the world) - Buenos Aires, Argentina (few foreigners i.e. non-latino travel this far; locals are friendly, proud and neurotic. Always very social) Good luck with your hunt! Mac
  22. They have a Facebook page showing the rooms. Classic sex motels style, some with jacuzzis. https://www.facebook.com/hotelblisssuite/about/
