Adult film star Austin Wolf arrested on child pornography charges
Riobard replied to hojacat's topic in The Beer Bar
Hindsight is too clear. Judging by the popularity of such a comment, clairvoyance is rampant within the population viewing erotica. It’s too easy to conflate legal yet objectionable (to some) pornography content with the background existence of unequivocally illegal conduct. One is not automatically a corollary of the other. It is, and will be, given evidentiary value but that should be restricted to the court of public opinion. That said, I wholeheartedly reject the nomenclature of “boy”, for example, within any sexualized context other than related legislation, the reason as much to do with the inability of the general population to grasp nuance as with the idea it is creepy particularly when paired with imagery suggestive of youth. The reason I’m not surprised is that the charges and convictions are so ubiquitous judging by USA sentencing data. Similarly reflecting such vast community interest in thematically edgy porn. That, and naïveté among users. Known players will inevitably emerge and folks will assert they look the part as if it’s a meaningful contribution. If those judgements are accurate then there is no end to the quantity of porn creators that should be under suspicion. The subject of discussion was only under surveillance once named by another arrested person (ahem, canary) snagged in the FBI investigative net and given incentivizing informant status months previously. That person’s arrest was unrelated to the subject of discussion. -

Couldn’t it be due to Edge-y material including the embedded ‘Boytoyflirt’ redirect, tasteful STI discussions, etc? -

Yes, certainly very incriminating, and the alleged file name itself related to the 10-yr old, albeit in Spanish, clearly stated the content as above, so it cannot be easily argued as having been embedded in a video that contained innocuous material, with the person in possession claiming to be unaware or polyglottally challenged, even if large 3-figure caches contain elements of simulated content with colloquial terms (eg, “boy”) in keeping with the technically legal but gateway performative material that is so prolific and monetized for ‘fan’ consumption. SouthernDistrictNY sentencing length appears to be an anomaly, for the year referenced anyway, a 1% microcosm of cumulative federal cases. Recent NY state Child Pornography federal sentence lengths are much greater and consistent with overall national trends. Only the more serious cases are publicized, so it’s difficult to get a sense of what mitigating factors yield a mere probation sentence. -

For SDNY fiscal 2023, some 14 Child Pornography cases. Trends: all guilty plea; majority imprisoned, 1 ‘prison + alternatives’ [sic], 2 ‘probation + alternatives’ [sic]; sentence Mean 36 months, Median 24 months. These metrics are not predictive; there have been lengthy prison sentences elevating the Mean. -

The usual typical info wars on other platforms regarding this. Obviously the presumption of innocence holds legally, but here are what seem to be unambiguous historical sentencing data updated June 2023; fiscal 2023 data forthcoming but it has been consistent year to year. Judging from some of the child sexual abuse erotica media trail going back to 2023 the current news release reflects both upstream and downstream FBI investigating with the possibility of downward sentencing variance based on substantial informant role assistance and upward variance based on nature of abuse content. https://www.ussc.gov/sites/default/files/pdf/research-and-publications/quick-facts/Child_Pornography_FY22.pdf -
Interesting ‘art imitates life’ parallel: Yesterday prior to debate I tuned into HBO movie apparently squeezed in last minute for Emmy Awards nominations qualifications. The Great Lillian Hall. Jessica Lange plays aging national theatre treasure headlining The Cherry Orchard but is deteriorating cognitively in rehearsals while producers etc struggle with deciding to replace her or prop her up, missed cues notwithstanding, and whether or not to count on her star power to compensate for the audience’s perceptions of obvious impairment. In this case, however, no conniving ‘Eve Harrington’ understudy. And the play’s run is likely her last rodeo, not stretched out to an additional 54 months.

However, it’s indicating a location (and new name?) at what is or was Babilonia Nightclub, Av Santa Cruz 9, Reangelo. While the current location is a revised club as noted above. Unclear whether trade at both venues.

So two now so far with questions that thought “Alaska”, one the why, the other the where. As to the why, Juno IDK. Maybe Marilyn Whirlwind does. Or get Jodie Foster, L, of True Detective on it. But what a drag for the A’s. -
For some reason the IG account was changed, or two accounts overlapped. Now Ciganos744. Perhaps going in the direction of dual-purpose sauna and club like Bangu / Boate Casa Grande. The X account was more developed for a few months, better clues about operation, but went dry in March. There appears to be a WhatsApp chatroom; maybe that explains the lack of more recent content.

Barcelona - Thermas: Summary of Info
Riobard replied to 12is12's topic in European Men and Destinations
The Splash event is now every night 23:00 until 14:00 following day, not just four nights Thurs-Sun. I believe this means that on any given afternoon/evening staying past 23:00 incurs an additional entry charge. I also understand that you may be eligible for one free drink ticket, so ask for it whether you arrive after 23:00 or are carrying over from earlier admission. -
If he cannot keep it a Sleeping Beauty he should definitely not sign on for The Nutcracker.

Thief strips down to underwear, swipes stash of briefs
Riobard replied to reader's topic in The Beer Bar
If it was a dare, he seems to have met the brief, even if license plate in full view. It was one of those circular hanging racks. One of my Moonlight models driving us had his steering wheel on the right and I cannot discern whether the thief is driving, a passenger, or has any other vehicle occupant though he claims he was accompanied. Red label reads “the culprit”. -
Further to the topic question of special event entry visa waiver, no precedent was set for the Men’s World Cup in 2014 in Brazil other than a fee waiver available to qualifying spectators that would otherwise require a consular visa at the time and were still required to apply for a visa. I am uncertain about whether that event visa required all the same steps as acquiring a consular visa. See below. The wording there is “games” but it was FIFA. In contrast, an entry waiver for Australians, Canadians and Americans visiting Brazil mid-June to mid-Sept 2016 was in place without necessity of proof of Olympic event tickets. My sense is that a repeat of this level of privilege in 2027, stated in 2016 as partly due to these 3 nations having previously hosted historically, will hinge on Brazilians’ experiences of entry to the 2026 Men’s World Cup venues in USA and Canada. For Mexico entry (CDMX, Guadalajara, Monterrey matches) I think there is a reciprocal e-visa system with Brazil.

… NFL Football is coming to town Sept 6th, along with American Airlines’ nonstop flight from Philly. I think it’s one time only, though, and in this case “first” as worded below does not mean inaugural.

June-July 2027 10 cities planned included Porto Alegre where the two possible stadiums were/are non-operational due to recent disastrous flooding. Imagine the potential additional gaúcho demoralization if consequently sidelined based on concerns of a repeat extreme weather event, priority of recovery funding, etc. I wonder if the event will influence deferred visa plans for 2025. United States was biggest tourism boon for Australia last year. One might expect at least a waiver for the tournament. However, the question of reciprocity takes on new meaning since Canada and USA are among the Men’s co-hosts in 2026. All three nations subject to upcoming visa reinstatement played in 2023. Some African nations subject to visa requirements may also qualify and the question of waiver will apply. I do believe that entry of Brazilians to Australia was not uncomplicated.

1. As safe as any. Different vibe compared to Poblado. 2. I only used Über but with no difficulties but limited to the main more distant airport and in-town airport transfers. Otherwise, the efficient Metro, as I have stayed within walking to Poblado or Estadio stations. Or just walked shorter distances as plenty of accessible dining options or more convenient to walk among major sight zones once off the Metro train, example Parque Berrio. Metro to Caribe station for regional bus to Guatapé. 3. St Moritz either city has working trade consistently. I think they are pretty much it but I am likely less ambitious than most in terms of unearthing the full range of options. I wrote up a little about Spa Sexto Sentido in Bogotá; it has some hire options but location off the beaten path. Lengthy but inexpensive Über ride to and from.
